Full time student studying barbering. Seeking ideally a whole place or a room to rent if thats not possible, I am in a long distance relationship and my partner is in town usually for a week once every 2 months. She is a FIFO nurse.
Im very quiet and have no pets. Looking for a place so I can get established permanently in my own place eventually.
My partner is wealthy and we can pay for far more than the usual minimum standard in bond and 2 weeks rent if needed. I have two vehicles. When my partner is in town she takes one and I use the other.

I don't smoke cigarettes or get involved in drugs (good citizen here) but am prescribed medical cannabis for sleep. Pretty boring really.
