Fulltime, working professional looking to live on the Sunshine Coast. House trained, and looking for a granny flat/studio or a house share with max 2 other person to live with. Love chats about music, travel and adventures. Days off youll find me at the beach or hiking and going and seeing live music
I pay my bills on time or in advance Independant Keep to myself Non-drinker Non-gambler No TV, Radio or partying Vices include the ciggies and coffee. Pros are a bit more subjective. Sense of humour, for example. Would prefer to have housemates that are primarily women. I have no problem with guys, it's just common wisdom to not move into a place with a strange man. When you're female. Although some guys are way nicer than some women! We are all taking a risk! I also have no issue with age actually older is sometimes better for me because of the quiet. With the young ones I am more concerned about why you are branching out so young and wanting to be sure you're with people that can look out for you, than thinking ok I wont flat with young ones cos they arent responsible (that isn't true is it, some young ones are more responsible than older ones!). So with young ones reading this, maybe contact Anglicare or Centercare or a Community Neighborhood Centre about help for you, as being so young its not either of our faults that some of the commercial structures could be more youth friendly than they are. And these people might be able to help you with accomodation and bonds, depending on location and other paperwork stuff. Good luck and believe in and love yourself. It's a big decision to move out of home, it doesn't need to be scary, help is out there please do look for it, to have an easier transition 😊
Hey! I’m Dan and the guy on the left in my photo is my mate Ryan and we’re interested in teaming up to look for a house on the Sunny Coast for next year. We are both 25, and originally from Melbourne who moved to Queensland to study medicine. We have now finished our degree and have jobs at Sunshine Coast University Hospital as junior doctors. We are not looking for a party house, but are keen for someone who likes a drink at the end of the week and who can get around dinner parties every now and again. We like getting outdoors and taking advantage of living close to the beach. We are only looking for one more person to apply for a 3-4 bed house ideally from December, and it is likely Ryan’s girlfriend Meg will be moving up from Sydney in the first half of the year to work as a paramedic. If you think we sound suitable send me a message and we will get the ball rolling. Cheers, Dan
Hey guys, my name is Eloise and I'm a 21yo part-time counselor and full-time student in my third (soon to be fourth and final) year of a social work degree. The house im in at the moment is due to be sold and empty by late January so I’m ideally looking for a place with a move in date of mid-late January 19. As I’ll be undertaking another placement mid-late next year I’m wanting 6 month stay to begin with, possibly extending if all works out. I’d love a master bedroom with en-suite or a room with my own bathroom! I have furniture as well, so it’ll need to be unfurnished. If there’s room for some of my bits and pieces (house plants and a lot of them hahah) even better!! I don't have any preferences for flatmates, as long as we can get along, the space is respected and we have similar cleaniness levels then I’m happy! I’m generally quiet but like having a social life and some freedom to have a friend over for a drink every now and then would be cool. Even better if the household has cool weekend vibes :-) I'm not fussed on location but somewhere relatively central would be ideal. Send me a message if this sounds like something that would work from you, and we can go from there :-)
Hello I am Katrina, 27 years of age. I have a 16 week old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel small dog, and a 1 year old cat who are inseperable and are best friends. I love painting, the beach, tea, flowers and I work with the elderly and love my job! I am respectful of space and like to keep to myself mostly but I am very friendly.
Hi all, My name is Renee, I am currently studying nursing at USC and I also work full-time as a disability support worker in Nambour. I have a 5 month-old border collie named Ollie and a 3 year-old cat named Luca. Ollie is a really well behaved doggo, who is toilet trained and is currently attending puppy school. Unlike most cats, Luca is a very affectionate and loving. Both are used to being indoor animals. I am extremely neat and like to keep my place as tidy as possible. I work and study so much that I don't really have to time to party much. I am really fun, easy-going and make a good housemate. I am reliable with paying rent and bills. I am available to move immediately. If you would like a chat or would like anymore information. Please give me a call :)
Hey my names JD I'm an easy going Norwegian kiwi lad Always happy, smiling and down for a chat yet respectful of peoples space and privacy. I work full time in civil. Can do some pretty long hours so I'm pretty quiet during the week. Always clean up after myself and happy to help around the house. Studied martial arts most my life so I enjoy a bit of fitness, getting outdoors for a hike, chilling at the beach, reading a book and ofcourse a few video games here and there 🤙
A fun, easy going, down to earth human. Always excited for new experiences. Having just completed a seven month interning stint at a local Health Retreat. I became sold on wanting to live up here, under this amazing sun! Moved up from Torquay, Victoria. Looking to live and work within the Sunshine Coast. Moving away from all my dear family and friends, in Victoria. Looking for a change in scenery and lifestyle. I enjoy being social, attending live gigs, going out for dinners, or keeping to myself, lounging in the sun with a book. I'm non-intrusive and have no time for drama. Prefer to be living in a clean environment. I enjoy cleaning, weird, probably. Will happily share household financial responsibilities for a more smooth sailing living. I clean as i cook! I love to cook up a storm, becoming creative with flavours. I'm just super creative, my soul is craving to uncover the arts of Ceramics/Pottery. I have deep love for people who enjoy sharing their music tastes. Keen to hear new or old tracks any hour of the day and night. Ideally I'd like to surround myself amongst house plants, art work, records, rugs, animals, sustainable living, eatable gardens, and groovy happy chirpy souled humans.
Hello there! I’m a vegan who loves music/festivals/live gigs, animals, reading, tattoos and eating. I currently live on the Gold Coast but have been studying a Bachelor of Creative Writing on the Sunshine Coast since July and have been commuting back and forth. I'm hoping to move to the Sunshine Coast around the start of January and have a job lined up in Currimundi (I work in childcare) for when I've moved, so now all I need is to find the perfect housemates! I feel like I'm a pretty friendly, reliable, honest and open person and I'm looking for people around my age who I can actually be friends with but who also respect each others privacy. I'm down for a few drinks and a good time but am definitely not looking for a full on party house as I really want to focus on my studies. Ideally I'd love to team up with a few people and start a fresh share house but I am also open to joining an existing share house. Other vegans or vegetarians would obviously be preferable to live with haha but as long as I'm not living with the worlds biggest carnivore I'll be happy! I currently live with my mum but I have lived out of home before and know how to keep things clean and tidy. I also have a lounge, washing machine, dryer, crockery/kitchen things, a tv, tv unit, vacuum and linen etc. If you think we might be a good match please feel free to message me! Have a lovely day :)
I’m 20 years old, working full time for Queensland Corrective Services. Moving from Brissy so may be travelling back and forth due to my social life in Brisbane. Huge lover of animals and a lover of a few wines after a full on week at work. Easy going, slightly introverted but hoping to expand my social circle :).
Ola! Ive just moved to the sunny coast from Victoria. I have a 8 year old dog named Togs, he is my little sidekick. He is extremely friendly and gets along with other dogs, literally just sleeps all day (the life) I work full time in Caloundra mon-fri and causally on weekends for a scuba diving company in Mooloolaba, I’m also currently studying for my dive master. Im always up for a chat and a good laugh! I personally think I’m hilarious. I’m looking for somewhere I can chill out and call home :)
I'm a very clean person having worked in housekeeping, I've done self development programs so I'm really authentic and good at communicating and very easy to get along with. I love fishing and playing sports I have been an athlete since I was 4 years old. Im very quiet, mostly study and out about looking to further my career, I don't drink alcohol or do drugs. I really love the beach 😊
I am a bright and bubbly 47 YO female. I am relocating from cold Ballarat in the next couple of months. I will be up no later than 1st February 2019 but earlier if I can get a job, otherwise I will come up and try and get work in the various surf clubs as a waitress/bar assistant. I am a neat and tidy person, I don’t smoke and I do love a little wine or two on the weekends. I need to find a place that can accommodate my dog Fred (Border Collie). He has severe hip displacement so therefore is not a boisterous boy and the cold Ballarat winter renders him in agony. I have decided I just can’t leave him behind he is my best friend. I will be looking to rent somewhere for about 12 months.
I am a 23 year old moving to the sunshine coast for work. I love the beach and am very social, I love to have a drink and hang out with friends in my spare time. I have lived in share houses before and am a neat person.
Hello! I'm a full timer who works Monday-Friday in Caloundra. I like quiet time in the evening but on weekends I'm usually out and about with my friends or lazing at home netflixing on my iPad. I like to keep to myself, but would ideally like housemates who are friendly and outgoing. Im wanting to live with people who are super fun and easy going, kind and positive people. I am a really clean and tidy person with a can-do attitude. I have lived on my own for a few years and also had share housing along the way. I have great references from previous housemates and work colleagues if need be. If you can offer me the chance to come check it out I would love to make a time asap... ***I'm looking specifically for*** -An all-bills-inclusive rental agreement at a max of $180. -Must have wifi as I work from home sometimes. -Somewhat decent privacy (e.g. Not many housemates or seperate living area). Feel free to call me if your interested. Kindest regards, Angie
Hi! We are a married couple in our 30s, looking at relocating on the Sunshine Coast after a year of travelling around Australia in our 4WD. We are honest, tidy and hard workers. Morgan is a chef and loves fishing. Gaëlle is a French teacher and loves photography, yoga and Art. We are both friendly and easygoing and both enjoy being out and about in the great outdoors, camping, kayaking, hiking... We are both very social people but will always be respectful and quiet while house sharing. We are both mature and non smokers.
