Hi there, my name is Seth, I come packaged with a lil blue tongued lizard that is positively sassy, but is friendly. I work full time employed in disaster relief and restoration.

I’m looking for a home with a spare bedroom and a room to setup an office + some garage storage space for 2 shelving racks. I have some common area furnishings if you’re interested otherwise I’ll store in a shed or sell them. I need a place that can support FTTP NBN as it’s necessary for my office activities. I am paying for this currently and can discuss around this if it’s a concern.

I have been renting since 16, I’m very clean and cook for myself. Hobbies include music, creative arts, and eating out. I treat myself to some wine from time to time but I’m not a heavy drinker.

I also do freelance audio, video editing and voice acting. I try to avoid being disruptive for others when involved with this work.
