Hi, I'm Tamara and I'm dutch. I still live in Amsterdam, but will move to Brisbane to start a new adventure soon. Easy going, tidy, sociable are 3 words that would describe me best. I always lived with room mates, so I can say I'm pretty familiar with the whole room mate atmosphere. In general I always try to make sure that I'm considerate of my room mates and also leave a nice environment for them. I love having drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and couch sessions with my roomies, altho I can also enjoy some alone time to recharge my batteries. Next to that I'm always up for board games! Currently I'm working as a product manager for a sustainable fashion brand, but I feel like a new challenge. That's why I decided to leave my job and country to start fresh in Australia. Please note I'm not a back packer. I'm looking for something long term and built something.
I'm very quiet and clean. Would love to meet people and make friends however need my own time as well. I used to be an engineer but quit a few years ago and started studying art. I work fulltime and won't be home most of the days.
I’m a 26 year old professional recruiter working full-time in Brisbane CBD. I’m an easy going, social and respectful person. I work pretty long hours so in my free time I enjoy getting outdoors, playing football, mountain climbing / hiking and spending most weekends of summer at the beach or travelling. I’m ideally looking for a new place for at least 6-12 months (longer the better).
Clean. Friendly. I cook delicious food. Work full time so I'm only home mornings, evenings and weekends. Vegetarian. Enjoy TV shows, movies and books. Have a fairly new car so would prefer off street parking Love pets but don't have to have one of my own.
Hey. I currently work for a Tech Company and love spending time at the beach or at the pool. Looking for a chilled housemate to move in with.
Flexible move in date. Hello potential housemate/s. I consider myself to be clean, organised, mindful, respectful and I am very familiar with the ins/outs of sharing a space. I work full time as a GPR & EMF technician (structural surveying and utility locating) and when not on the job I am busy working on personal projects and keeping active. My interests include researching, cycling (commuter), back country camping, climbing and mind/body health. I would consider myself an Ambivert, I like to be social but also enjoy my downtime so I am pretty quiet during the week. I am looking for a clean, relaxed atmosphere where everyone contributes to make our house a home.
Hi :-) Studying full time as a design/ business student and work part time in retail. I'm laid back, very easy to get along with, respectful and tidy. I'm into fashion, music, keeping active, anything outdoorsy and anything creative! I like relaxed nights in but also love a night out to have a boogie and be social.
I’m a friendly, relaxed, clean and tidy girl looking for a room to rent for at least 12 months. I work part-time and study two courses full-time. I love cooking, working out, going out socialising, the beach and exploring new places as much as I can. I also like my own space and am respectful of other's.
I am a 22 year old recent UQ graduate looking to find a new place. I'm a relaxed and easy going person that enjoys the outdoors and sports. I love soccer, hikes and I'm looking forward to improving my surfing skills. Pretty much anything that involves physical activity and interaction with friends. I like hanging out with friends but also like some time for myself. Always clean and respectful to other's space. I am used to living in shared houses for the past few years and I have always enjoyed this. I know the importance of respect while living in shared houses.
I am an easy-going, respectful and independent 25-year-old, looking for a studio or private room to rent in Brisbane. For now I work at a coffee house in Caloundra and have a passion for the arts and writing. I am an amature artist, so I'll spend some time at home. Once I'm settled I plan to find a part-time job nearby. I love to chat just as much as I love my down time and exploring the city. I would be looking to move as soon as possible. B.
Clean and respectful! I am looking for somewhere that feels like home and I believe a beautiful space and lovely people around you can do just that. I work full time and love hanging out with my friends so a lot of the time I may not be around but when I am, I am up for a chat over a glass of wine but also happy to give you your own space.
Hi guys. I'm moving to Brissy in February to start my first full time job, and seeking a place to lay my head. I'm a chill, responsible guy looking for either a private flat or a room in a shared flat/house with fun, sociable housemates. Ideally close to the CBD/Fortitude Valley area but I'm flexible. Cheers.
My name is Shan and I am a 22 year old student at QUT in Gardens Point. I also work as a marketing assistant part-time in Newstead. I just moved back to Australia after living abroad. I lived with other students so I have experience flatting with others.
I'm looking for a tidy and friendly happy place to call home. I am a respectful, generous person and I believe in honest communication. I enjoy wine, chats, watching movies and shows, but I also like to have my own space. I enjoy socialising and letting my hair down once in a while, but I am not what you would call a party person. I enjoy cooking and I sometimes throw little dinner parties for my friends. I run my own business (in the film industry) and work from home most of the time. My work schedule is fairly flexible. I am looking for someone to share a nice, large, modern place with me. My budget is between $250 to $375 per week, depending on the place and how the rooms are divided up. I have everything to furnish a household except a fridge and a microwave. I am looking for a house or apartment with a lock up garage and 3 to 4 rooms around Paddington or West End but I am flexible on location for the right place. Separate bathrooms would preferable.
Australian and French couple. Shelby works at a yoga studio and Felix is a Digital Designer. We are easy going and open minded, active (yoga, biking, skating, hiking, traveling), creative (art, photography, design), into music and gigs and also huge animal lovers. Very tidy and considerate, we are seeking for a veg house (preferably vegan) with nice housemates or keen to team up with other vegans to potentially start one.
Friendly couple passionate about sport we are in living Brisbane since a years and half to study personal training. We are looking for a peaceful place to share for the next 6 month at least.
I'm an outgoing, friendly and funny Canadian who has recently become a lawyer, yay! I am easy going, clean and considerate. I'm usually up for anything from going to the movies, to the beach, to the art gallery or out for a dance. I also love to chill out at home and watch Netflix or do some cooking. I have lived in Aus for a few years now and I've had some great housemates in the past. I give people their space but I'm also down for a chat or to hang out. Besides all the fun stuff, I will be mostly busy with work and studying for Canadian law exams.
Hey, my name is Lisa and I'm an exchange student from Germany. I've been living in Brisbane since July 2018 and I'm looking for a new home because I moved out to be able to travel over the summer months. I am very open-minded and clean, like to socialise, go to the beach but also enjoy my privacy. I would love to live with other (exchange) students and meet like-minded people. :)
I will be joining the PhD program at QUT where I will focus on smart cities, gender and social justice. This means that my weekdays are desk-intensive and my weekends are out&out-adventures. Ideally, a furnished room in the vicinity of the school would do the trick. Quirks and Foibles: •Chai is a daily ritual- it's my constant mission to perfect it. And there is the occasional cake I will bake and the curry I will try to make. •I love Splitwise... and making lists/infographics/charts and actioning them all out. I have been known to go on cleaning binges when generally guilting on life. •I walk EVERYWHERE...well, in this case, mostly to school and almost everywhere else---reasons include carbon footprint, understanding neighborhoods and staying local. •Adulting is hard and every comrade (incld. cats) counts. Gigs, climbs, poetry, meals, board games, hikes, beach, talks, Brooklyn 99, yoga, Handmaid's Tale--- I'd be up for it with lots of time-outs factored in.
