I have loads of share house experience and I am always respectful of other people's space, privacy and belongings. I'm clean and tidy and easy to live with/get along with. I am also friendly, sociable and approachable. I work in the city Monday to Friday and on weekends I work in Hospitality. When I'm not working I like to get out and about socialising with friends and keeping active outdoors.
I'm a fun loven outgoing person, I like to do arty stuff, make cool things and get out there with my mates. I'm clean, not a misery to be around, I'm a good cook, can bring a funky vibe to the household, I have a small dog, (Denzel Woofington) seriously the cutest thing you'll ever lay your eyes on, he's just a small babe and very well behaved also. Ive started my own small buisiness making jewelry but due to current circemstances I'm puting it on hold for a bit and saving up my dosh to travel the world.
I'm tidy and keep myself busy. I'm friendly and I'm a hairdresser. I have a 16 year old son. He's pretty quiet due to the fact that he's attached to headphones on a semi permanent basis.
Hi guys :) I'm a 23 years old post-grad student from Munich. I'm looking for a flat with sociable, young (20s or 30s) and easy-going flatmates who would be in for sometimes having dinner, watching a movie or drinking a coffee/beer/wine together. I'm studying at UQ for this Semester and unfortunately I have to leave already at the 1st of July. Since I started to study 7 years ago I lived always in a shared flat, I just like to have people around to whom you say more than just "hello". I like to do sports and I would like to travel on some days to see the Gold or the Sunshine Coast. I've been already 3 times abroad from Germany for a longer time - I studied in Portugal for 2 Semesters (which was the best experience I could have made) , 1 semester in England and I worked in the US for a couple of months. Everywhere I lived in flats with wonderful, open-minded people and with most of them I became close friends. If someone of you is searching a flatmate like me and if it is okay for you that I just can stay for 4 months, I would be more than happy to meet you guys! :) Richard

I've been living at Newstead for the past year and would like to stay close to this area. I enjoy fitness but also a good burger and beer. Hi I've only recently moved to Brisbane to start full time Architecture work after finishing study last year. Would really like to live in a nice worn in Queenslander with timber floors and lots of windows. I like the feel of New Farm but if there are some other people that I get along with in a great house anywhere else that would also be good. I don't know anything about places to live in Brisbane. But I keep pretty busy doing different bits and pieces. Eat well and exercise. I've still got a bit of my own work left over so trying to get rid of that and just do 9-5 so I have some spare time again. Like to hang out with roomies if we get along. Thanks!
"You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with" Jim Rohn. So, I'm looking to live with like-minded legends. - Mature, self-aware, respectful & ego-free communication (no issues with noise, mess, negative drama, etc) - Healthy lifestyle and nutrition - Can be found in the ocean or mountains at any opportunity - Goal-orientated. Never bored. Growth and contribution mindset (non-fiction literature, nutrition & training, psychology & philosophy, social sciences, technology, Brazilian jiu jitsu, acroyoga, meditation, vagabonding, languages generally and I speak Spanish so would love to live with Spanish speakers to help keep it up.) - Independent thinker, not a sheep. Prefer almost no commercial TV. (intentional entertainment is sweet, but 24/7 ads and lowest-common-denominator shows polluting our castle aint so sweet). As Josh Waitzkin says, "I cultivate empty space as a way of life for the creative process". - Always keen for chats over good meals when I'm home. Am very social and love meeting top people but don't want a party house.

Hey flatmates, I'm an easy-going Aussie guy who loves travel, and is looking for a place to move into at the end of March. I have two part-time jobs and study full-time, so I am usually out for around 10hrs per day and keen to hit the hay when I get home, although I enjoy the occasional chat and drinks! On the weekends I work, and love hitting the gym for a few hours on Sundays! My study is at UQ (BEcon/BCom) and I am in my final year of study (23 years of age). I'd love to have my own bathroom or share with one other person. Please feel free to send me a message if you have a listing that might be applicable! Cheers! PS - I have flat-shared in Indooroopilly for the past year but unfortunately the lease expires on April 10th.
I'm currently doing my masters degree at UQ and working part time in clinical research. I am neat, tidy and responsible non-smoker and love to bake. I love my sports (tennis, football, netball), watching a good movie and having a chat at the end of the day. Me and my two feather babies Louis and Meko (cockatiels) are looking for a new place to call home.
Studying a double degree in science and engineering at QUT. Need somewhere to stay by the end of the week that has somewhere I can park my car. :)
Hey. I grew up close to Brisbane. Before I went travelling overseas last year, I was working as an aviation engineer. I've just come back and am now looking for a place to stay for 3-6 months, or more, depending on where I find a job. I'm interested in many things, including other cultures, travelling and parkour, for which I am an instructor (I'm happy to explain what that is if the name means nothing to you). I appreciate a clean living environment, in the style of: If it needs cleaning, make it so (also open to a roster system). I'm quite easy going, and have had a lot of experience living with other people of all types in the last year. I think that having a good-natured and friendly relationship with your housemates is important. I'm not the best cook in the world (there's this one guy :D), but I like to cook and learn from others. Thanks for reading. Josh

Hello! I'm Leisa and I'm a 30 year old American, getting my masters degree at UQ. I've been living in Brisbane for a year and a half. My partner Aaron is 33, Australian, and works in IT. We have both lived in share houses before (I currently live with another couple) and are very friendly and easy going. We'll never say no to a glass of wine or a movie night, but also like to have quiet time to study and work on side projects. We would love to have some housemates who could also be friends. We love watching movies and having game nights, as well as going out for the occasional dinner or drink on weekends. We'll always keep common areas tidy and are happy to do our share of chores. We'll never steal your food or leave dirty dishes lying around! Also hoping to have housemates who are welcoming to some rare overseas visitors who may come to stay with us.
Hi Ive just moved to Brisbane, from Melbourne for work! New to the city and looking for a great place with friendly, and easy going people to share with. I am clean, respectful of others time, privacy and space. I do enjoy a good chat and a drink and like cooking too :) Hoping to make the most of my stay here in Brisbane !
__Leased a place till 06/2017__ We are a working full-time couple in mid 30-40. No kids, no pets, not much stuff, non-smokers. Considerate, quiet, clean and tidy people looking for a quiet corner (en-suite/granny flat/studio). Room is not a problem. I'm 155 cm high and we're both quite fit, so two of us take as much space as some people alone :))) I cook 2-3 times a week, but without suffocating the whole house with garlic or anything like that and with instant kitchen cleaning after the process. And we hope to find a place where the fresh air and clean space are valued :) We need a place quite close to public transport as we don't have a car (no parking needed). Ideally would like to team-up with another couple with same views. The budget is slightly stretchable depending on the location, furnishing and bills.

I have a cat Louie who is house trained and friendly - if possible I'd like to bring him with me. Hellooo. I'm a 34 y/o Canadian/Australian working/studying in Brisbane. I'm pretty easy going, generally quiet, but always up for a chat/coffee/beer. Into running and cycling, traveling, kitesurfing, reading, computer stuff. I'm working part-time in the CBD and studying for some IT certifications. I can definitely commit to 3 months, but its very possible that I'll be hanging around Brisbane longer than that. I've been saying something like that for about 6 years now. I'm pretty open to location. The main things I'm looking for are a quiet study area (I have a desk and chair I can bring), furnished (don't have a bed), a place to park my car, a secure place for my 2 bikes, and of course cool flatmate(s).
Hi my names Ben, I recently moved to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast for work and to try and make a career in the music industry. Hi I'm Tamika! I'm 24 and moving to Brisbane to start at PhD. I'm looking for sociable housemates, either short term while I get to know the city, or long term if we get along well! I'm an easy person to live with. On weekends I enjoy coffee with friends, bushwalking and camping, visiting local markets, checking out events and gigs, having the odd night out, and when I'm too tired to do anything else, binge watch TV series. I've lived out of home for 5 years, and am neat and considerate. I'm independent, but also enjoy the company of cool people! If you think we could get along in a house together then send me a message! 😊
Pretty down to earth and laid back, clean & tidy. Engineer working fifo, so will only really be around on the weekends. Non-smoker. Enjoy a good beer or glass of red.
I am an easy going and fairly relaxed person and I have always enjoyed getting to know my housemates and having a beer every second evening or so, but I still enjoy my own space and am respectful of other peoples space.

I am neat and tidy and appreciate a clean living space. I'm in search of an apartment or room with a 1-2 people of similar insterests.

I am easy to live with, like to explore Australia and have fun during my time here. I am very socialized an easy to get along with. Im moving up to Brisbane in a few weeks from Adelaide. I will be working full time. Looking for a room with fun and friendly house mates who are pretty relaxed and like to have beers and hang. Im very easy to get along with. I will be honest Im not the most domesticated human but I give it my best go. Preferably looking for a place near the CBD but I will be working in Chermside. As im moving from interstate I will need a furnished place but its not an issue if i need to buy a bed.
I'm 23y Finnish student (medicine), currently doing exchange semester in QUT. I'm relaxed and talkative, though I also enjoy my own time (Finnish! 🙈). I'm tidy when it comes to common areas but in my own area I like a bit of chaos. I love rock climbing and beach volley though I'm not good at neither. I'm always ready to try new activities! Spotting weird animals has been my new hobby in Australia. I love nature and hiking. And traveling.. but so does everyone? I'm dreaming of a shared flat with garden, hammock and a dog. And of course easy-going flatmates 😊 That being a dream, also great flatmates is perfectly enough!
I'm chatty and sociable. I do like my own space and won't be under your feet. I like to keep active at the gym and I LOVE movies and series. I've just got a sales job in the CBD to keep me busy. I'm from England and I've travelled most of Australia so far and this country is just amazing!!
My boyfriend and I are looking for a new home. I am a 25 year old Canadian currently on a Working holiday visa, and my boyfriend is a 26 year old Aussie working full time. We are a fun, outgoing, active couple who are looking to find a new home, in a cool neighbourhood.
I am a house proud, domesticated professional who works too many hours. I have just moved to Brisbane to take a role with a CBD business, and am looking for a place until my wife works out her current contract in Perth in about 6 months time. I don't smoke, and seldom drink. I like to keep fit (when my stupid working hours allow me), and really enjoy the great outdoors. My culinary skills are not that flash, but I am looking forward to improving on them over the next 6 months. I have spent the last two years sailing across the Pacific with my wife on our boat, and am now looking for some extra-curricular activity to replace that excitement - not sure what that will be yet, but I am looking forward to doing the research. I am looking for a place that is an easy public transport commute to the CBD, sharing with a mature (in age or mind set) person of either gender.
I'm a neat and organised person who is not afraid to live with either males or females. I'm still new-ish to Brisbane and I like to explore and visit what is around. I tend to keep myself busy with work/gym and I intend to pick up studying again once I settle in a location. I enjoy a nice beer (or wine and cheese - cause you know - I'm a girl) on a Friday/Saturday night but don't be surprised if you see me binge watching Suits or Game of Thrones (Gotta rewatch it before the next season FYI) on the weekend. I can keep to myself or be your best friend - Whichever you suit is sweet with me.
We have just arrived in Brisbane yesterday night (24th of February) and we are looking for a room for an undetermined time from the 3rd of March. We are easy-going and can really adapt to mostly every kind of shared house. We just don't party hard as we are really looking for a job :) We would love to meet you guys !
