I would LOVE to rent a granny flat & live attached to a house of incredible like-minded people who are focused on their positive contribution to the world and living. Either this or have a space in a home with private access so my students & clients can come in & out without affecting the rest of the people in my home. I am looking to create a home space where I can also create my piano teaching studio (which I do full time paying rent to different spaces around Briz) including developing a practitioner healing space. I have been living in wonderful share houses for all this time but it is time now to move my work back into home so that I can create a safe, fully held, high vibrational atmosphere for clients & deepen this sound healing work. <3
I'm a 21 year old QUT student looking for a new home. Moving in date very flexible. Minimum of 4 months stay and am keen for longer as I have another year and a half of uni left. I'm looking for a private room in a sharehouse, or to start up a new sharehouse. I'm clean and respectful of housemate privacy and everyone's schedules, and have experience living in a sharehouse. I play video games, watch netflix and travel a fair bit. I love to cook as a form of procrastination, so if you like cookies / brownies you'll like me! I enjoy spending time with my friends and being social. Board games and wine are a favourite of mine so it would be fantastic to get new friends to join in! Other than studying full time, I work as a school tutor and bartender, and have a steady flow of income. Ideally the room would be furnished (double / queen bed and a desk) and have air conditioning / fans. However I'm flexible with everything! I love pets but come with none of my own. Currently don't own a car so public transport to the city is vital for location.
I've been living back in Brisbane for just over a year now! Currently located in the bush so looking for something much much more convenient to my work in fortitude valley. Working part-time but get full time hours. Looking for a place about 150 or less. Prioritising on saving. I'm into most creative outlets. Spend a majority of my time sketching and making things. Seemed to have collected an excessive amount of plants over time haha. Into the vintage vibe, but generally more street when it comes to my fashion, although thats a spectrum. Keen to start witnessing the live music scene a bit more so if you're keen on that that'll be dope! Oh and this says non smoker but that's not true when I'm drinking haha.
My name is Jess, I am vegan and LBGTIQ+ friendly! I love cats and plants. I love gardening, and cooking all the foodz How I spend my days: I am a student who is a studying a degree in interior design, and doing an internship in Woolloongabba. I am currently working on the Sunshine Coast in retail as a visual merchandiser/graphic designer on my weekends. I work from home on weeknights, and work on projects for clients which includes art and graphics. I am looking for a home, not a house. So I need space for my crazy plant lady collection, a desk and queen size bed.
I'm coming to Brisbane to work in IT. I enjoy traveling, reading and making new friends. I'm quiet, easy going, clean and tidy. Moving back to Brisbane after years in the Canberra
I'm currently starting my second semester at UQ, where I'm studying biology and philosophy. I've moved to Brisbane from Hobart, Tasmania for uni and am looking for somewhere for this semester, but if I really like the place I'm happy to commit for longer. I'm looking for a friendly and welcoming place that isn't a massive party house, where I can happily study. I'm a really friendly person, super respectful and tidy, always happy for a chat but I can be a bit quiet and like my space too. My interests include reading, history, music, and being eco-friendly.
Hello! I'm Mizuki from Japan and I will be arriving in Brisbane on the 2nd of August :) I will be there on a working holiday visa and am planning to stay in Australia for 6 months. I love animals, wildlife, travel, outdoors, linguistics and adventure. I speak English, Japanese and Spanish. I am looking to live in a sharehouse and I would like a private room that is fully furnished :) Thank you!
I'm a full time carpenter that works around the times of 630-3 Monday to Friday. I enjoy heading to the gym every day after work. Don't smoke. Do enjoy a few beers on the weekend and abit of comapany sometimes. I also have my best friend Leroy. He is an 18 month old blue English staffy. He's the most plasid and lovable pup. He has always been an inside dog unless I'm out of the house then he is out the back. Im respectful and will always clean up after myself and Leroy. I also have a car and trailer which I will need some on street parking.
Hi, I'm Paulo, 34yo, Project Manager working in the IT market. Looking for a unit/house to live where we can set up a tidy up, clean and harmonic place to call home. (I do have high cleaning standards) ;) I do enjoy some drinks after work, when I am not working out at a boxing gym. Will definitely participate in fantastic conversations, make amazing food and eventually play some chords on my guitar. Originally from Brazil, I have been living in AUS for 5 years, now as Permanent Resident. Please reach out if you want to know me better. Glad to schedule a coffee to discuss further. Thanks.
Hey there :) I'm a traveller stuck in one place for awhile while I (try to) start a business with a uni mate. I love to be social and active when work isn't too intense. Perks of living with me: I'm well housetrained (so can pull my weight cooking and cleaning ;) ) plus am pretty handy at fixing stuff.
I work fulltime 5-6 day per week. I'm pretty quiet and respectful of personal space, I'd love to find housemate/s who I can get along well with, and I'm always happy to talk, watch netflix and go out for coffee/ drinks :) definitely after a place that feels like a home. I travel home to byron to visit my parents as much as i can when i have work off so I wont be in youre hair too much! Hoping to move and make some groovy friends!!! :))) I do have some little furnishings but happy to put them into storage if not needed!! I hope to hear from you soon!!!
Hi! My name is Fred, and I'm a very tidy, clean, quiet person. I like to be social and friendly but I also like my alone time. I have a full time job, so I'm working 5 days a week, and the rest of the time I like to enjoy Netflix, go to movies, cooking, read books or having a nice day at home relaxing. I've been living for the last 2 years in Kangaroo Point, but for personal reasons I have to move asap. I work in the city so that's why I'd love to find a place close to it. If you're looking for team ups, hit me up, lets have a talk and work from there.
Hi, I am a year 23 year old student going into my final semester of law at UQ. I have been down in Sydney for the last 6 months working part-time but am back up in Brisbane to finish my degree. I have lived in plenty of share-houses before both in Australia and abroad and would consider myself extremely low-maintainence. I will be working and studying most days of the week but also enjoy an afternoon beer. I am basically just looking for a room from the end of July through till the end of the university semester (so roughly 4 months). Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like to know anything about me.
I find myself quite busy with work and uni so I'm not home too often, but when I am, I'm really respectful of people’s space, and super clean too! I love to be social and would be great for my housemates to be too when schedules permit (especially seeing as I'm new to Brisbane), whether that be a few drinks or a possible brunch here or there - I may only be 19 but definitely posses a lot more maturity than most may presume. Having to move out of my current apartment on the 30th due to the lease ending, so ideally wanting to secure a place as soon as possible! Can't wait to hear from you! x
I am friendly, clean, polite, humorous & have lived on my own for the last 4 years - so I'm happy to do my own thing but I'm also quite social. I'm into fitness, food & exploring places as I've just moved back here from interstate.
I am a french student who comes to spend the semester at QUT business school. I would like to find a sharehouse with other students, in exchange or not. I am in Australia for 5 months, I have as project to succeed my semester while discovering the Australian culture. I like to party, meet people and travel!
I;m 20 years old, and I'm originally from Canada. I love old-school rap music and skateboarding, and I coach girls skate lessons on the weekends. I'm clean, respectful, really laid-back and easy to get along with.
Ciao everyone, I'm Salvatore, 25yo and I'm originally from Milano but I also lived on the Amalfi Coast for several years so I'm a mix of north and south Italy. I work in hospitality, mostly in restaurants so I'm not really a homie person, but when I'm home I like to stay in bedroom listening to some music or relax reading a book. I like a lot to cook and experiment different recipes I found on web, so I always leave something for my flatmates to taste and try. My others hobbies are photography, social networks, and go out to try new food in new restaurants (and why not maybe all those three combined). I like to bike and do a lot of outdoor activities in my day off, I like to go to the beach and play volleyball o just work on my tan. I'm gonna start this new part of my life in Melbourne and I hope to meet lots of interesting new people.
Hi I am looking for somewhere new I can call home, and am interested in living in a nice place that is worth keeping maintained with housemates who will become friends rather than just people I see at breakfast and dinner. I enjoying learning and reading but can also appreciate socializing and drinking a nice glass of red over a home cooked meal with some nice music. I go to the gym most mornings and usually work quite late and like to chill during the week (I have premium Netflix, Stan and Spotify accounts ;) ). I work full-time in the city and like to enjoy my weekends.
