Bonjour! We are an Australian and French couple seeking 2 other people to team up with for a very nice house in West End we are applying for. We are also considering areas of Highgate Hill, Dutton Park or Milton if we are not successful this time. Shelby works at a yoga studio and Félix is a Freelance Digital Designer. We are down to earth, relaxed, respectful, positive and open minded, active (yoga, biking, skating, hiking), creative (art, photography, design), into music and gigs and also huge animal lovers. We would really love to create a friendly vegan/veg share house with those that are more concerned and passionate about ethical and sustainable living.
I’m 23-years-old girl from Finland, coming to Australia with WH-visa. My plan is to find a job from Brisbane and live there with nice flatmates. And I also want to travel around as much as possible. In Finland I worked in a bank and previously I have worked in restaurants and in a clothing store. In free time I love to hang out with friends, go to gym, party and just relax. I’m looking for a shared apartment near the city, preferably with my own room but I’m flexible with that.
I'm 20 and working part-time in West End (Wed-Sun). I get along with most people, I'm quite social and energetic and generally just love life :) When I'm not working, I love travelling, hiking, beach trips and a cocktail or two with friends on the weekend. Always up for a chat but I love some down time too! A few friends and I usually cook dinner together 2 or 3 nights a week so I'll be out of your hair those nights, otherwise you'll find me cuddled up with homemade pizza and a good tv show or documentary. I've put my degree (marketing/psych) on hold for the moment so 2019 will be spent mostly travelling and working - I'm off to Italy from 21/1-5/2 so hoping to get something organised before I leave 🤞🏼 Not too fussed on the length of the lease, just looking for a place asap - long term is ideal but short term is fine too :) *also, I do need some kind of car space/street parking :)
Hey potential roomies, we're Charlotte, Ben and Daniel, we have been share-housing together for 2+ years, enjoying many brunch dates, music gigs, gaming wins and binges of trash tv series over the years. We are friendly, sociable, clean, creative and respectful housemates, who study at University and work part-time in Nursing, Marketing and IT. We are looking for some housemates with similar interests to team up and find a new home with us! Ideally you will have experience in a share-house and would like to sign on to the lease with us. We are currently searching for a large house with 4 + bedrooms, undercover or street parking, air-conditioning/ ceiling fans and an outdoor entertainment area. Our current lease ends early March, but we are flexible on the move in date. Our budget is between $160 - $200 p/w each, and we are looking for a location within 5km of the CBD and walking distance to public transport. If you are interested please shoot me a message :) I will be on holidays January 8th - 26th, but will get back to you ASAP
I'm doing Ph.D. at UQ which makes me work every working day. I can describe myself as easygoing, tidy, down to earth, and disciplined man. I'm interested to share a unit/flat with like-minded people. I have a healthy lifestyle and I enjoy hitting the gym regularly. I have wonderful friends to hang out over the weekend however I'm open to making new friends and expand my social circle.
hey there :) My name is Jordy, I'm a Canadian trans girl and former student. I'm very respectful when it comes to another's possessions or property and tidy up after myself and just generally around the house when needed. I mostly like to keep to myself although would definitely like to be in a situation where I could be friends and socialise with my housemates. Current goal is to get work by the end of the year. Would love to be living somewhere that is LGBT+ friendly.
I really enjoy living with housemates where we all have our own interests and lives but equally enjoy hanging out and having a drink together. I work as an engineer in a pretty busy job which I really enjoy! Outside of that I love getting out trail running, mountain biking or kayaking and anything outdoors, catching up with friends, going to the markets for brekkie or just reading a book.
*I'm a full time data analyst in the South Bank area, and I'm Looking for a place to crash after work. Ideally I would be renting between 1 and 1.5 years. *My home is in Toowoomba, I will be travelling heaps back and forth. It would be nice if I could spend every other weekend in Brisbane accompanied by my partner. You will find we are both very kind and chill people. *I'm happy mingling or keeping to myself all the same. I think a healthy balance between the two is a nice thing to have. I would love to meet people to kick it with over a beer or two, but probably will have to sit behind the computer a lot during the week too. *I am very conscious about, and will be very careful with: -cleanliness / order -your personal space -water / power usage -noise *I would really appreciate a fixed off-street parking spot, as my car will barely move for most of the week and I don't like it getting baked out in the Brisbane sun *If I'm sounding like a nice addition to your much loved household, please let me know it, I am very attentive to offers. Cheers! Daniel
I’m looking for a budget friendly place to stay at while discovering Brisbane area. Preferably there would be good city transportation options nearby and also a lot of cafes and restorans as I’m looking for a job in hospitality while I stay in Brisbane. I’m friendly, easygoing more of a quiet type backpacker from Estonia who values privacy. I like to take long hikes and go to different kind of places so I won’t be sitting around as long as weather is good. I’m travelling with a friend so it would good if we bouth could stay at the same place.
We are a friendly and tidy couple! We love making new friends and are really happy to live with chill people. We come with a pet kitten named Albus (Dumbledore). Would love to see the places you have on offer.
Hello, my name is Stine. I'm working part-time as a research assistant, as well as retail on the side. I enjoy my own space and also enjoy a chat over a relaxing tea or some wine. I am looking for my own place, or to move in with one person where we both can enjoy our chilled out space. I enjoy a quiet household and won't be listening to loud music or TV and hoping for the same in return. I am easy to get along with, open-minded and respectful of others. It's important to me to have a good connection with those I share a living space with, so I would like to meet you and sit down to have a chat, not just view the apartment. I enjoy meeting friends for coffee, wine or food, going for motorbike rides, walks, yoga and photography. I am generally quite active and spend a lot of time outside which is why it's important to me to have a nice and quiet home to be able to recharge.
Thanks for looking at my profile! I am a young full-time professional in architeture who just finished masters at UQ after 6 years of studies and work in Brisbane and overseas; and now looking for a wholesome new place to move to. I am a low key (but do enjoy being social and going out from time to time) and tidy (but not ocd) person and I like to keep busy. I enjoy photography trips, long hikes, cycling, iceskating, doing personal projects and quality times with friends. I travelled a lot in the recent years and lived in Sweden and Germany for some time until mid last year. I came from a Chinese background with an upbringing in Sweden and China. I can speak Mandarin and understand some German. I would like to be part of a breezy positive vibe in the household. I don't believe that flatmates should be just nice strangers, or necessarily best mates. Flatmates are flatmates: there are boundaries; but there is also an interesting relationship. Let me know if you agree. Looking forward to hear from you!
Hey, I'm Kai! I'm currently studying at QUT and work casually in a hotel in Brissy. My lease with my current housemates is ending early February and I am looking for a place to live for 4-5 months near the end of June as I'll be doing some traveling after. Somewhere closer to the city would be ideal, but not too fussed on that. I'm friendly, open and pretty chill so I'm easy to make friends with and hangout. :) Some days I like to have some down time by myself and other days I like to have fun and socialise. I can balance personal space and social times pretty well so no worries on that! I work as a housekeeper so I know a thing or two about cleaning. Not obsessed over cleanliness, but I do like to keep spaces clean and tidy so you don't have to worry about dishes left in the sink or toothpaste smeared on the basin. I like the outdoorsy stuff like cycling and kayaking, don't mind a cheeky drink or two and I'm always up for a boogey as well as video/card/board games. If not, I'll just be lazing around with a mate or two. I'm looking for responsible, good-natured, sociable and respectful flatmates who wouldn't mind making a new friend! Looking forward to meeting you. :)
My name's Soop. I'm an overseas student from Thailand. I'm a man who is looking for a very nice house. I'm clean and tidy. I'm very excited to be here I hope that I will stay in a very nice place that will make me feel good ever.
Hi :-) Studying full time as a design/ business student and work part time in retail. I'm laid back, very easy to get along with, respectful and tidy. I'm into fashion, music, keeping active, anything outdoorsy and anything creative! I like relaxed nights in but also love a night out to have a boogie and be social.
Hi I'm Amy, I'm a positive, clean, active, busy 19yr old, moving to Brissy to study. I'm well travelled and always up for a chat but enjoy my own time. I'm looking for a place to stay while I study, and hope I could be the right fit for you :) Thank you
Nice Spanier, new at the city( and Australia 😋) starting a business certificate in Brisbane and ready to explore this country and live the Australian life! Im a registered nurse in Spain, and can speak Spanish, English, German and Italian. Non smoker
I have lived out of home while I worked as an Au Pair overseas for 2 years. I'm moving to Brisbane from Central Queensland to study Interior Design at QUT. I'm a pretty great cook and like to keep organised. I also tend to switch between being introverted and extroverted so I'm either down to party or have chats or I'll be in my room watching Netflix.
Im quiet and respectful. I love my job and work fulltime as a project manager. I spend my freetime at gym or reading/writing at cafes :) As boring as it may be i dont realy like partying or drinking. I come with mininal baggage so Id love a furnished place. I love getting to know people but am usually fairly quiet and reserved while im home because its my downtime. Im also in love with coffee and dogs.
Hi there! I'm a friendly ginger on the move back to Brisbane with work and looking for a nice house to join. I'm into tasty food and running/riding (as much as they sometimes compete with each other) and I'm training to do my first triathlon in May. Other hobbies include learning German and Spanish and Netflix ofc. I like to be social but don't party all too often. I'd like housemates who don't mind the occasional chill + beer/wine. I'm clean and respectful in common areas and look for that in housemates too.
