I am doing my PhD on marsupial brain evolution in UQ (for the next 3+ years), so I need a place to stay. I play the guitar occasionally, have a road bike but will prolly be spending most of the time in the Uni. I'm an easy-going guy with plenty of international experience (have been living in the USA, Hungary, Bulgaria, UK and for the last 10 years in the Netherlands), love having a dinner with the housemates every now and then, like board games, craft-beer and nature.
Hello there! I guess this is where I sell myself? I'm Karmen, lovely to meet you. I'm 26, housebroken and looking for somewhere to live! I'm an interior designer, currently finishing up my honours degree at uni so I keep it rather chill during the week but love to get out and be social on weekends. I'm a relaxed, down to earth individual who loves to laugh at anything from terrible puns to dark dark humour. I like the kind of stuff all other normal people like - gigs, coffee, avocados, cats, dogs & human rights. I'm looking for a room in an inner city share house to call my own with rad down to earth people who like to hang & have a laugh but also respect each others space. If that's you - let's chat! 💃
I'm quiet and I tend to keep to myself, but that doesn't stop me from hosting/attending board game/D&D nights on the occasion. I love to cook and that means I love a nice clean kitchen. Not a big party person as I prefer to drink a bottle of wine with friends and mock bad tv. I love animals and I don't smoke. Im in my last semester of uni this year, so I'll be full-time after thats done.
I am new to Brisbane. I don't really know anyone here so ideally would be nice to move into a share house or apartment with people I can hang out with and have a few drinks with from time to time. I am very chilled out and easy going.
Hey there! I'm a 25 year old professional. I work full time in Brisbane. I'm relocating from the Gold Coast as the travel is getting too much. I'm pretty easing going about everything. I'm quite social but also love my alone time too. Ideally I would like to share with one other person. I'm interested in team ups too as I have a house full of furniture :)
Hello! I am a lovely, very friendly and energetic 32 year old woman, working as an event manager on lots of different projects and festivals. I love to go out, exercise, eat well and be sociable, but like to keep the place that I am living as a peaceful and very tidy space to come home to at the end of each stressful day. I would like to become friends with my future housemate, but also love space and privacy - and respect it too. I am looking for a friendly housemate who is clean and tidy and has similar interests and values as a housemate. I am willing to spend more for more space and my own bathroom etc. Thanks and hope to hear from you. Sarah

Hi potential roommate, So I'm a first year UQ psychology major currently who has been living at an international college in Brisbane this past year. I grew up in far North Queensland and i am looking for a place to live next year while i further my studies. I enjoy hiking, the beach, read the occasional book, and am not opposed to the ocassional netflix with a glass of wine. I am clean, take care of my own messes, and understand what it means to live in close quarters with people. I consider myself to be an easy going friendly person and i think thats what makes me a great roomate:)
We're two young adults looking to moving onto the next chapter (and house/apartment) of our lives. We're from Denmark and have just graduated our gymnasium. We are two social and outgoing persons, with respect and kindness for our sourroundings. We are clean and tidy and have been living on our own in Denmark and therefore we are not new to the responsibilities that comes with it. :) Feel free to inbox any questions or check our social DM
I am a graphic designer from England looking for a long term stay somewhere around Brisbane city. I'm pretty laid back and sociable but sometimes work long hours and tend to keep myself to myself most weeknights but am partial to a drink on a weekend.
Hi guys, I'm a 30 year old Australian non-smoker, working full-time in the digital team at Flight Centre. When I'm not destroying my liver at work's new rooftop bar, I spend most of my weekends out and about exploring what nature has to offer! Love surfing, camping, and generally anything that'll add a glow to my English inherited skin tone. That said, the odd hungover TV series binge isn't out of the question. Down? Most people would describe me as very cruisey, and always up for a laugh. My humour would be best described as a mix between Euphoric Queenslander Memes and Happy Gilmore. Should also probably mention that I'm tragic Broncos fan and I cried after the 2015 grand final. Cheers, Matt
Hello potential house mate/ new friend! We are two creative buddies looking for a 3 bedroom home and a lovely guy or gal to take the 3rd bedroom! Mady is studying a Bachelor of Design at Griffith QLD College of Art and I (Jayden) am studying a Bachelor of Audio Engineering and Sound Production at JMC Academy. We do not care if you're a girl or a guy and of course lgbtq+ people are welcome! We are looking for someone that would be keen to socialise and make friends as we really don't want this to feel like a share house , but more of a nice home for the 3 of us ❤️ We do love a drink or 15 and a bit of a party every now and then but we are also clean and tidy and lookin for the same. Swing me a message letting me know a little bit about yourself, I'd love to have a chat!
Hi there, I am a 24 years old business informatics student and house music producer and dj from Berlin, Germany. Having fun and following my passions is what I am about. I love music and I love to spend time with people and things which make me happy. I was born and raised in Berlin which I am very thankful for as it's a very diverse, creative, multifaceted and dynamic city. Still I love to explore new places and to travel the world. I would describe myself as an open-minded and friendly person who loves to socialize, but still enjoys to have time for myself (yoga and meditation) sometimes. I am happy to spend six months in Brisbane. I recently arrived here and I am looking for a furnished room in a shared apartment. I will do an internship near main station / city center, so it would be great to have a good (transport) connection. In my free time I will produce music (electronic music - tech house, house, techno) in a studio here in Brisbane that I am renting. Please contact me if you think we might be a good team, so I can meet you as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you. :) Cheers, Peter
Hey! I'm a pretty easy going person who likes the usual gym, travel, movies, food, and drinks. I would love to find housemates who don't just live together but actually become friends, who can chill over a beer/wine. I also work standard office hours. *Also pretty flexible with moving dates.
I am a fun and bubbly American moving to Brisbane to attend graduate school at UQ. I have been living with roommates the past few years in college so I understand the importance of respecting your flatmates and keeping the place tidy. While I like my own space once in a while, I am definitely and extrovert and enjoy watching movies, listening to music, having a beer, and going out when it doesn't interfere with my studies. I would love to find some flatmates who have similar priorities with school and/or work but are also down to hang out.
Heyyy! I'm finishing my Masters in Research over the next couple of months and i currently work part-time at Uni and various other research jobs. I live alone right now, but i'm getting kind of bored and lonely so i'm looking to move in with a couple of people. I'm super chill and easy-going, very easy to live with, so i'm hoping there are some similar people out there where i could fit in smoothly.
Hello, we are a french couple (both 27 y.o.) and we spent 9 months travelling all around Australia. We just reached Brisbane 3 weeks ago, and we both found a Job (Isabelle in hospitality in part-time and Arnaud in a web agency in full-time). We would like to stay at least 1-2 months in Brisbane, and Arnaud should get a sponsorship in one month : so we will probably stay longer (one-two year or more). We both are fluent in english, and are passionate about music, video games, travelling, food, and meeting new people. We used to live in a share appartement in Paris, so we know how important it is to be respectful with roommates (keep the place clean, respect privacy etc.). We don't have pets here in Australia, but we have a cat in France so if you have pets that won't be an issue : we love animals! We are smokers but we of course never smoke inside the house/appartement. If you want to know more about us, let's meet ;)
Hello! My name is Lydia, I'm 21 years old and I from Madrid, Spain. I go to Brisbane for 9 months because I want to improve my English. I would like to share a place with other great males/females. If it is possible, I am looking for a place to live closer to my School (Embassy English). I am tidy, respectful, clean, fun, positive, good sense of humor. I always clean up after myself (bathroom, meal prep, drinking etc.). I love going out with other mates and going to the coast :)
Hi guys! I’ve just moved back from England about a month ago. Im originally from NZ but have lived in Brissy most of my life. I have jumped back in the workforce already and work M-F. I’m looking for a sharehouse that’s at least a little bit social. Don’t get me wrong, I love my own space, but it would be nice to have a few drinks or at least cook dinner occasionally :) The added bonus is.. I’m clean and tidy and I know how to do my dishes! I am planning to travel again after March 2018, so please keep that in mind!
