LOOKING FOR HOME TO MOVE INTO IN JAN/FEB 2019. I will be looking for a home in Brisbane to move into in Jan/Feb 2019 as I begin my psychology degree at UQ at the end of February. I'm currently on the Gold Coast. Looking for a home: • Close to UQ in St Lucia (closer the better) • With a large size room with lots of natural light, a ceiling fan and at least big enough for a double bed, bedside table, large desk, mirror, couple wardrobes and storage spaces. • With yard or deck areas that get a decent amount of direct sun all throughout the day. • With undercover parking preferred • With nearby public transport to and from UQ, fortitude valley, and the city preferred About me: I'm positive and ambitious, and a super organised, respectful and open person :) I'm very health conscious and make all my own healthy meals which are wholefood plant based. I'm down for cooking for others 😁💖 I do aerial acrobatics and yoga, love nature and making friends. Things I'm most passionate about in life are eco-sustainability, nutrition, fitness, mental wellness and personal development. 😊😄😁💪🏼💗
I am a fun but quiet person. Enjoy movies and reading. Not much into the party scene, and not much of a drinker. But I am very sociable but also like quiet times to myself. I am looking to move into the new house in 2019!
I have house shared for six years and like the social aspect of living with other people. I enjoy cooking and sharing a nice bottle of wine. Yoga and stan keeps me going. Getting outdoors and eating out with friends if fun too!
I am a clean and quiet person. I respect other people and conscientious. I can be a good company but sometime I keep myself to myself. I live in Cairns at the moment, and planning to move to Brisbane before the end of November.
Friendly and considerate housemate looking for a like minded girl to share a home with. Am super into having a nice space and have lots of plant babies so looking for somewhere peaceful and leafy. I will often be down for a wine or two after work, however I am a nurse so do weird shift work. Would love to share with someone who is open to having friends around but also appreciate the need for a quiet one.
Relocating from Melbourne with my son, looking forward to a new chapter and new studies. Im very clean and we are very tidy and pratical. I have a positive outlook in life and i love to spend time with my little one... looking forward to some conscitent weather.
Hi there! My lease is up in January, so looking for a place around the Toowong area. I love going to the gym, eating healthy and waking up early. I drink socially (pref not to) and I don't smoke. I would love to live with people who have very similar mindsets to mine. When I'm not at the beach or seeing friends, I love being creative (web dev/design and 3D sculpting). I'm currently working fulltime hours at EB Games in the head office. However, next year I'm planning on studying physiotherapy at UQ St Lucia fulltime, which is why I'm quite set on Toowong. I'm considerate of others, respectful, neat and tidy. I'm also quite social and enjoy having a chat when I'm not busy.
Hi! I'm looking for some gal pals to find a place to live with. I'm a fun outgoing person who also likes her down time. I work part time and study full time at UQ. In my free time I like to catch up with friends over coffee or watch some Netflix. I have a long boi cat called Wallace who's pretty chill. Hes strictly indoors only but likes to go out in his enclosure sometimes. Wallace loves to suck up to you if he thinks you have what he wants. I'd love to get coffee with you to see if we'd make a good team, so flick me a message and I'll try to reply ASAP.
I am a fun loving 22 year old about to start my career as a full time physiotherapist. I have lived in share accommodation on the gold Coast for the last 5 years so I understand what it is like to live with other people and have plenty of respect for your own space and things. I am a very tidy person and have some furniture already. If you have a dog we can be best friends, but if you have a devil cat we can't because I am allergic to them. My hobbies outside of working hours include keeping active with gym and sports, an adventure or 2 somewhere outdoors over weekends and i do enjoy a good cheese and wine night or a fews drinks out. I am really looking for a like minded individual whom I can get along with and be comfortable living with for a year. Ideally id love to have a good patch of grass or outdoors space to spend my weekends in the sunshine. My current lease ends on December 12th but I am happy to move prior to that if a suitable place comes up.
Hello:) We are a young couple in search of a room for approx 2 months from early November. We are travelling around Australia before heading off to Canada in December. We are both chilled out hospo workers who like to chill over some beers and like to keep things nice and tidy.
Writer. Teacher. Currently works full time in the city. Doing postgraduate studies at UQ on a part-time basis. I've been living in Brisbane since late 2015. I speak English and Mandarin and trying to learn Spanish in my spare time. Passionate about lots of things - the creative arts, nature, hiking, music, art galleries, museums, good food, cooking, mindfulness, spirituality, human rights, social justice, the beach, etc. ... Too many interests to list. I have my own bedroom furniture (this includes a queen-size bed) and kitchen tools that I would like to bring over to the new place. Apart from that, I own very few possessions. An ideal house to me is one with a minimalist decor and lots of sunlight. I like my own space and privacy and I respect the space and privacy of others too. I'm also hoping to find sociable housemates whom I can regard as friends and hang out with from time to time. I am looking for a clean, relaxed and safe environment to call home. Thank you for reading this. Good vibes only " )
I am a 24 y/o post grad physiotherapy student studying at UQ. I am a friendly, easy-going, active, tidy, organised and reliable person. I am moving to Brisbane from a little rural town so hoping to find some welcoming (female) room mates living in secure accommodation near UQ.
An international student working part time with no pets , non smoker and non drinker . Hardworking studious girl who respects privacy of others but dont mind gelling up for a chat and have a laugh .
Hey I'm John, I'm 21, originally from Cairns in North Queensland but now I study at uni and I'm looking for a place to live for the coming year. I'm in my third year at UQ studying a BSc with a chem major but I'm just finishing my first year this sem because I swapped degrees. I'm a pretty relaxed guy, I love sports especially football (soccer) and I enjoy exercising at the gym etc. Would be great to live with someone who enjoys sports too, but its not a big deal either way. Would like to say that I like having mates over and doing things both with them and with my roommates so ideal roommates for me would be very social too. Would prefer living with other students, but I'm pretty easy if another option seems good. Feel free to message me if you want to know more, or you have any offers or anything like that. Cheers, John
Hi Ash and I are aged 30+. We are both Environmental Scientist that have just moved back to back to Brisbane after a year traveling in Europe. I have just started a new job in Ipswich. So were looking for somewhere between the City and Ipswich. We are very reliable and tidy. We are easy going and relaxed and get on with everyone. We both enjoy socializing, doing exercise and meeting good people and am looking to flat share with equally minded people If you have any questions just let us know Paul
I am a happy and a quiet person, a benefit being I am very clean. I study business at QUT full time, and am quite busy, while looking for work. I am from brisbane, and I tend to enjoy going to the gym for fun, being that I am also a qualified personal trainer. I am happy with anything and quite good to be around, and I am fine to live with male or female individuals. I grew up with a big family of four sisters and two brothers. Furthermore, I also like to cook dinner from time to time. I look forward to hearing from whomever contacts me.
Hi! My name is Jordan, I will be studying a Graphic Design course in Fortitude Valley commencing in February 2019, currently living in Toowoomba and am looking to make the move to Brisbane! I’m a very positive, clean, polite and easy going person, not much of a party person as I prefer to relax in my spare time but always keen to hang out and have a good laugh. Preferably looking for other females to live with and my moving dates are extremely flexible!
I’m an overseas student in Brisbane who works most of the time and study as well. I’m an organised, easygoing guy who respect others. Looking for a place where I can feel comfortable where I can have friends over sometimes.
