Hey everyone, I’m currently looking for a place to live as my current place is being sold.

A little about me, I’m 32, run my own business as a clinical nutritionist and supplement brand owner and work mostly from home. I keep pretty busy between work, gym, surfing and travel. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing and generally keep things pretty low key, but I’m also social and easy to get along with. I don’t drink, don’t smoke and live a very healthy, low key lifestyle. I’m also an early sleep, early rise type of person.

I’m ideally looking for something around $400/week, however I can increase my budget for the right place. I need somewhere with a garage/shed space for myself as I need extra room for business stock.

I’m looking for a place close to the beach between Maroochydore and Mudjimba, but would also consider Moffat for the right place.

Unfortunately I’m allergic to cats, so ideally no cats 😂 but I love dogs!

Open to a granny flat, share house or other options if it feels like a good fit, and ideally looking for somewhere long term. My own bathroom is also a must.
