Looking for a place near Bedford Park/with direct-ish public transport routes to Flinders University. I am available to move in at any point from now onwards and can commit to staying until June/July. I’m unsure of my plans after this so I can’t sign on to a 12-month lease but will know before June/July what is happening!

I don't work but do receive DSP so I have a reliable income. I go out often to both socialise and engage in non-work commitments so you won’t be stuck with me around the house non-stop.

My sleep schedule is wild and I'm up inconsistent and often nocturnal hours, but have been told by those living with me in the past that I am successful in my attempts to keep quiet and not bother people overnight, to the point people are often not even aware I’m home.

I don't drink, smoke, etc, but have no issues living with people who do. I love to socialise, but don’t seek out party environments (aka wouldn’t be trying to throw ragers). I would prefer to live with people who are open to being social with the people they live with, but it's okay if that's not your speed.

I am autistic and queer (my pronouns are he/it) and partially looking for a place because the alternative is somewhere that's not the safest because of those things, so if people could be chill about that stuff, I would appreciate it.

I like movies, music, and Doctor Who, and study archaeology.

And yes, cleanliness is important and I know how to maintain it.
