What makes me great to live with? Maybe 30+ years of either sharing my own houses with backpackers, seasonal workers, WWOFERS, international students and asylum seekers...OR living in share houses for the four years i was in Melb area and now a couple of years in adelaide. I do my share. I need to sleep at night but I am a grown up who GETS people and the space they need. I'm not up in your stuff and manage my own stuff , drama free.
I REALLY DO NOY WANT TO KNOW ANYONE'S DRAMAS,
I work part time because we all have to. So yes, I do like a quiet party free house. I do NOT enjoy living with couples as there is always some vibe ( good or bad) that I feel like I am in the middle of.

An all women's space would be perfect.

I do not own any clutter and like an uncluttered tidy space best of all, but can also ignore a mess if it's not in the spaces i need to use.

ABSOLUTELY NOT SHARING WITH SMOKERS.
I am not an old person person, and it is immediately clear to me if people treat me that way. I prefer an international household. I love to be surrounded by other languages and ideas. I have always had French, Belgian, Taiwanese, Iranian, Afghan housemates... I personally am not Australian and just not into chardonnay and BBQs. More alternative than most and open minded.

I would love a peaceful space like a one bedroom wise woman flat, even if it is dependent on the rest of the house for amenities. Ideas?
