41 yo single dad, working full time in construction and paying rent on time, chasing a master ensuite or granny flat at north Gold Coast(Coomera, Pimpama, Ormeau) near highway, I probably have my son on the weekends but I take him out shopping and walking during the day, I lived in share house for more than 10 years so I know how to be clean, tidy and respectful around the place and also respect the house roll, I require long street parking space for my Hilux and tools trailer I tow.
