Hi there!
I'm a 24 year old Flinders University student who's after a new room, ideally within the next few weeks. I'm very clean and tidy, and understand personal space and boundaries. I've got 2 years of experience in share houses and am very used to living with others. I'm ideally I'm looking for a place that's very open and friendly, and a place that respects my boundaries as I will often keep to myself.
My maximum per week is $300 including bills, and I am a bigger guy so preferably a room with a bit more space. Totally okay with unfurnished spaces as well
