Hi!!
My name is Indiah, I am a 22 almost 23yo woman preferably seeking an unfurnished flat or unit to rent with 12 months minimum stay. My budget is $480 per week.
Open to team up and find a property with anyone that may be suitable. I enjoy a clean and organised home, I own all of my own furniture and appliances so I am not as opened to moving into an already established property.
I work full time in retail and business sales management and enjoy quiet nights, crafts and taking care of my house plants but on the occasional weekend love to have a cold beer and listen to some records.
I have 5+ years of rental history through both private landlords and realestate companies.
