Hi, I am a 52 year old single man looking for a share house in Ballarat.

I am a polite, friendly, gentle man looking for somewhere pleasant and quiet to live.

I do not smoke and drink only occasionally. I am definitely looking for somewhere that is drug free. I am an ethical and law abiding person.

One thing about me is that I play the trumpet. I also have my own trumpet teaching business. I studied music teaching at university. I want to practice the trumpet everyday for 50 minutes in my room. It is quite loud, but some people enjoy having music in the house. I go to the student's houses to teach them.

As I said, I have the trumpet teaching business. I also do some cleaning work and receive some Centrelink.
