Unfortunately my beautiful rental on Burleigh esplanade has been sold and I need to find somewhere new.

I’m looking for something that’s close walking distance to James st and Burleigh. I’m currently working 2 jobs and studying nursing part time. I have a very active lifestyle. Love my sunrise walks and Pilates. I am looking for somewhere I can have my own space. I’m hardly home as I do long days and will need wifi as I study most nights.

I’m Down to earth, clean, respectful and have a great rental history. As my study and lifestyle is very important to me I do prefer to be around others that don’t party or smoke.
