Hi there.
My name is Nino, Australian citizen, Im in my 40s, single and currently living in Melbourne and working in Geelong, Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm. As Im driving every day from Melbourne to North Geelong I have decided to move up there and make my life little bit easier.

Im quiet, clean person, respectful of others, non smoker, I dont drink except in social occasions. My free time is based around photography as Im very passionate photographer and also I go to gym 4-5 days a week and riding bicycle on the weekends. My diet is based on protein so I dont cook much either except stake & eggs occasionally.

I do prefer room with private bathroom but any option is welcoming. Im not a party person even though I dont minde occasional drink on Saturday nights and I do appreciate privacy and mutual respect between tenants.

I can pay monthly/weekly or even couple of months in advance if required.
