Hey guys,😄

I’m Calem, a very relaxed laid back guy who is seeking a clean and tidy house mate who would like to become friends and not just a house mate. Ideally I’d prefer to live with one other person who has similar values that is up for a chat about anything.

I am very considerate of other peoples space and time prefer a home that is very relaxed and enjoyable to come home to after a day at work. I am not much of a party goer, nor do I drink often so I am not one to have people over all the time.

I go to the gym most days along with being an avid Soccer and Futsal player.

I am a non smoker and although I do not own a pet myself I am a big animal lover.

I am quite flexible with a move in date and would like to aim for somewhere toward late Feb or sometime in March .
