Hey there! Old soul here, ready to explore the rest of the world. Grew up on a working farm, with lots to do and where the itch to venture outside of home (Ontario, Canada) grew. I have a passion for the ocean, helping people and doing the right thing. I just graduated from Child and Youth Work, after three of the most challenging years of my life. I am moving from Canada to Australia to learn more about Aboriginal history and ancestry, as well as to work as a CYC on a working holiday visa. I am a kind hearted, free spirit, vegetarian with the sweetest family in the world. You'll catch my friends calling me the mom of the group, true to my Capricorn nature always taking a leadership role. Since I was little, I have dreamed of surfing.. growing up doing tricks on and off horses apparently wasn't challenging enough. SO, lets do it. Let's go out there and live for once, in the heat with other free-spirited people. Things to know about me: I like to keep things super clean I love pets, pets are a plus (clean pets though) Hippie vibes everywhere, free love, self-love, animal love Non-judgemental and accepting Just want to be near the ocean, that's all Vegetarian? Non-hater of meat eaters, do your thing bacon is delish just not for me. Still, love a good barbie tho ;) I need furniture? It's a bit expensive to fly myself never mind my lovely bed over here even though I would really like to 20 on the outside, but truly a cute little grandma at heart.... old soul to the max (life is hard, but things get better) Good music, a cup of tea and a dip in the ocean can make any bad day ease away. I need my alone time, I'll probably miss my mom, and worry about my fam, but hang out anyway. People need other people! I like funny, kind, respectful people who like me Down to earth and spiritual *Someone pls teach me to surf

Both passionate SCUBA divers, Kait starting her Masters in Science (Protected Area Management) at JCU so looking for somewhere close-ish to campus. Clean, tidy, house-trained etc... can cook amazing Spanish and vegetarian food :)
My Fiance and I are a hard working bubbly couple. We both work full time, Luke is a commercial diver and travels with his job. He will be away for the next 3.5 months and wont be returning until early October therefore it will just be me around the home. Ideally we would love to find a place that is inviting a homey, as being as though I be flying solo for the next few months it would be nice to come home to a place I feel comfortable in. We are looking at a place for the next 6 months at least that way we can save enough to buy our own home. I am very organised, neat and tidy. I love to cook and will always be welcome to have our housemates join in if they would like. We love to share our space although do at time enjoy some time to ourselves. We are the type of people, that are respectful and quiet although will always willing to help out, if we see you have forgotten washing on the line and its going to rain, we will take it down for you. We have some of our own furniture already, we did have to sell a few things when we moved due to space but we have majority of what we need.
Clean & tidy, outgoing and nice, active and healthy, full-time worker. Like to keep busy, but enjoy relaxing at home some evenings. I'm from Colorado and I'm a bartender. Trying to see as much of Australia on my gap year. Heading to Cairns, will arrive June 27th, looking for a permanent spot to settle into for a while. Please help me out if you can.
Looking for accommodation 1 July - end of September. I am an easy going, friendly and thoughtful housemate - well versed in sharehouse living. I work in Native Title, am fairly busy during the week and on weekends like to socialise, relax and get out bush. I will be traveling regularly for work, away every second or third week. I have lived in Cairns previously and am looking forward to being back at such a lovely time of year. Happy to share a meal, drink or cuppa with housemates when people are about. Ideally, I'm looking to visit the property and meet some of the residents when I arrive the first weekend of July. Thanks!
Hi! We're two girls from Sweden who just arrived in Cairns and are looking for a place to stay for the winter. Alex and I have been friends for almost 10 years - ever since we shared a room together in Greece during a summer when we worked as bartenders in one of the local clubs on Kos island! A lot has happened since then though, and today I'm an IT consultant at a web agency in Stockholm and Alex has a degree in engineering. I will keep working at my job remotely during my stay in Cairns, so I'll be spending most of my evenings on my laptop communicating with Sweden. Unlimited high speed internet is therefore vital! Alex and I both love to meet new people and hang out and socialise and we're looking forward to introducing Australia to the Swedish concept of "fika". We are also fun, caring and respectful individuals and we are looking to move in some time at the end of June and stay for 1-2 months. XX Caroline
I hold a steady full time job that I have been in for 4 years, located in Woree currently but am open to anywhere within about 20 minutes. When I'm not at work I'm a fairly relaxed guy who hangs out with his friends. Not a big party person but can appreciate them on ocassion.
I am a disabled pensioner who is great to live with because i'm quiet, tidy and easy going. I study accounting part time and do many forms of artworks to keep me occupied such as painting, drawing, writing and music. I play bass guitar professionally and will be getting in touch with the local music industry now i have moved to Cairns.
