Reem

I am a professional Engineer who is focused on her work and all related stuff. I want a separate accommodation (studio, one bedroom appartments or granny flat) that is sunny. I plan to move in from the beginning of March or earlier alone as I am single. I eat healthy cooked food usually. I am not a smoker and I get sick from any type of smoke or pets.

I enjoy listening to music. I am fond of cleanness and keeping everything tidy. I am not very open to chat due to my busy schedule.

Important points in consideration:
1- I am flexible in the length of stay as it could be shorter or longer depending on how comfortable I feel.
2- I don’t mind paying more than listed amount for good reasons.
3- I prefer signing an agreement as I move in.
4- I need parking for a small car.
5- No pets and non-smoker environment is the best for me.
