I’m currently looking for a studio, granny flat, or a room with an ensuite within 30 minutes’ drive of Maroochydore, ideally in the Yaroomba or Coolum area—it’s always been my dream to live there!

I work full-time as an accountant and have a stable routine. I’m clean, respectful, and very mindful of both private and shared spaces. I value my privacy and personal space, so I’m looking for a calm home where this is mutually respected. I’m also a non-smoker and don’t party, and I appreciate a peaceful living environment.

My budget is around $300–$350 per week (flexible depending on the property), and I have a flexible move-in date, making it easy to suit the right opportunity. I’m reliable with rent and can provide references if needed.
