I am a doctor working as anaesthetist moving from Melbourne to Goldcoast for a new long-term job. Looking for a place mid Jan before I commence start of Feb. I am friendly but respect privacy, clean and tidy, and well established in a sharehouse situation.

I am looking for a modern/tidy sharehouse to join, someone to join me in renting a full house/townhouse, or would also consider a unit or grannyflat for just myself.

I am looking for something clean and tidy modern living in central Coomera or surrounding areas so balance driving to Logan Hospital and GC-University Hospital. Amenable for furnished or not as could make it work either way but will be bringing my mattress.

I enjoy outdoors and hiking, learning to surf, badminton, and into board games and a good binge of a TV show. Always up to try something new or go on an adventure somewhere.
