Hey, I am 25 years old. A mum to one little dude nearly 3 years old now. I work full time in care work. I spend nights away from home as I do over night shifts too. I am kind and easy to get along with..Also love animals 💚 Enjoy own time And sharing space to socialise 🥂 My little person goes to kindy 3 days a week and is with grandparents most weekends and other days I work. Rent always on time and can provide references for past tenancies and proof of income. I don’t generally smoke but will if having social drinks :) Interested in team ups also
Not an exact date but a rough idea when I want to move out and also get a cat, no exceptions, (please don't message me otherwise) so if your willing to put up with a pet, please don't hesitate to contact me. I don't smoke, not a party person, more introverted than anything, I am quiet, and I keep to myself, I'll help where I can, I'm a pretty good cook. I'm also an easy going person, as long as I have my own personal space than we are cool. I am mostly looking for team-ups where we are all happy with the property. This would be my first time moving out, I am going to be a full-time student next year, I am studying a bachelor in arts. I do hope to move before I start or just after Christmas and new years. :)
Hi! I am a youth worker moving up from Melbourne to the Gold Coast in November . if I’m not at work, I’ll be at the gym and if I’m not at the gym I’ll be having down time. I’m looking to rent a room around 150 per week including bills... I tend to keep to myself but I am also social., my job involves slept overs every second night. So half of the week I will be sleeping at work.. Ill be working every second weekend sat Sunday and have to be up early on weekends there for looking for a quite house and not people who spend there weekends partying / drinking, having people over till late hours etc.. i am respectful of others space / quite time and clean up after myself .. Looking for a place that is going to feel like home for me in the GC. Looking in coomera, Pimpama or surrounding areas! Thank you
Hello potential Housemate/s ! I am an easy going guy who is saving to buy a house but needs a place to call home for the mean time, I’m currently living with a friend in Oxenford for last 9 months. But feel I am too far away from I love being a volunteer firefighter. I would like a place on the eastern side of the Hwy in Coomera if possible. I understand the dynamics needed to live in a share house as I have been doing this on and off since I left home. I’m a non smoker , don’t drink and no drugs. I pay my rent on time , I do my fair share of the cleaning. When I’m not at work I enjoy watching Stan. digital drawing and getting out for a walk or building LEGO My move date is Flexible if I find the right place. I’m a TL in the Human Services sector of a Resi house and a volunteer firefighter/ officer in Coomera.
Hey! I'm looking for a room to rent ideally close to Shailer Park area (as thats where I work) but to be honest travelling for the right place is also an option. I work full time in early childhood education and care whilst also studying full time (Yes pretty busy) so during the week I am pretty quiet but on the weekends enjoy going to the beach or hanging out with friends. I am clean, tidy and easy person to get along with. I enjoy hanging with friends, going to the beach, road trips/weekends away, travelling, sports all the usual things that people say really. I am looking for somewhere that isn't just a room that i am renting but also a place to call home. Respectful of each others space but also up for a chat, dinner or a glass of wine. If I sound like someone you want to live with feel free to send me a message I look forward to hearing from you.
Hey I'm Jake. Working in parts, studying archaeology. Pretty easy going, bit of a nerd. Looking to get a room, somewhere closer to the beach. Would consider anywhere from south Brisbane down to Currumbin. Tidy up after myself. Can bring furnishings or store them and confine myself to a room.
