Hey! I’m James, 27, friendly, easygoing and looking for a great place to call home with some equally great people!

I work full-time in hospitality management, so I’m responsible, reliable and have a pretty busy routine.

I’m a social person who loves a good chat, a laugh, cooking dinner together or having the occasional wine, but I also really value my own space and downtime.

Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates, going to the gym, catching up with friends, exploring new places and travelling. I’ve just returned from a month in Europe and am excited for my next chapter!

I’m clean, considerate and pretty relaxed to live with. Ideally, I’d love a household where everyone gets along, feels comfortable and can have a laugh together, rather than just being strangers sharing a roof.
