Brock and Jaimi

Hey we're two relaxed 22 and 29 year old uni mates from northern nsw and brissy who've moved to Newy for our grad year on the job as paramedics. We've got a large rental in Warner's bay with a nice balcony with lake views. We're looking for someone to fill a room downstairs (6x3m). The room has its own private entrance to the house and also has a bathroom which will be all yours.

We both love the beach, some bevies, and kicking back on days off. We're looking for people that are clean, tidy, respectful of shit-work lifestyle and social but enjoy their own space from time to time.

Our third roommate (after you) will be Jaimi's golden lab Sadie, so preferably looking for someone who likes dogs too :) We're only allowed one pet at the property so for this reason we won't be accepting anybody with pets, sorry!
