Very friendly and easy to deal with, little impact on space and always tidy. Values respect in various areas and strives to be as little trouble as possible. Looking for a small, self-contained living arrangement with bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette preferrably accessable at all times without intterupting others. "Handy" with tools and the like, can diagnose and fix minor issues that may occur. Studying Japanese in spare time and highly interested in Asian culture (Namely Japanese, Chinese and Korean).
