PLEASE NOTE: EARLIEST MOVE IN DATE - 15/1/2018 I'm 28, from regional Victoria (Ballarat - about an hour and a half west of Melbourne) and currently work for the Victorian Government as a senior transport planner. Ideally I'm looking for a place to call home in Ballarat or Daylesford with a view to move into preferably by the end of January. As long as there's a decent pub or two in the neighbourhood, a decent supermarket down the road, somewhere to get bearably decent coffee in the morning and the house/apartment is secure and not broken into every second day I'm open to pretty much anyone who might want to share a house with me. I'm single, gay, tidy, pay all of my bills and rent on time (if not in advance) and extremely chill/relaxed. I also have no issues living with couples and/or dogs. As far as interests go, whilst I was finishing my masters at Melbourne Uni I was working for Lion Nathan at the Little Creatures and White Rabbit breweries in Geelong, Victoria so needless to say, I enjoy most things beer - especially a couple of froffs socially. Enjoy my rugby (union - the Queensland Reds and Melb. Rebels), travelling (in my own backyard and abroad), skiing, good music (esp. live), design (industrial, graphic and architecture) and of course urban planning and politics. Hopefully talk soon. Cheers, Josh
Am a quiet, clean, relaxed person. Respectful of others space, property. I always clean up after myself. Like to do yard, house work. No drama, no pets, non-smoker. I drink occasionally and like the beach lifestyle. I am originally from the USA but live in Australia now. I cannot live with pets and wanted to be upfront about that.
I'm moving to Ballarat to complete a flying course for 3 months at the Airport and was looking at a place to stay during my time. Im a 22 year old aussie male and will be spending most of my days out flying. I love going out for meals and am keen to explore the area because i'm new to Ballarat.
Melbourne girl, relocating to Ballarat for work, seeking shared accommodation. I have a full time position in healthcare, starting early January. My previous roommates will attest to me being a tidy person, understanding the need for quiet time and occasionally providing them with free concerts whilst I sing in the shower. Some of my other assets include: friendly, easy going, a netflix subscription and often baking goods. I'm active and love to get out for a walk, to the gym or an activity of some sort. Bit of a homebody but always up for a chat and a drink or two. I'd love a room walking distance to the Hospital and Lake Wendouree, however I'm pretty flexible. Please send me a message if you think I would be the perfect housemate for you!
Hi, I'm 26 and have lived in a share house in Melbourne for the last 2 years. I'm looking at moving to Ballarat for uni and want to find a fun, friendly share house to move into. I'm considerate of others and like to keep a tidy home. I don't mind occasional parties but I'm just as happy to relax at home and have a chat with my housemates. If I sound like a good fit please message me 😊
My name is Mia, I am a 24 year old female searching for shared accommodation in Ballarat Central. I'm moving to Ballarat to begin a new job, which will begin in February. As such, I'd be well suited to live with other professionals or serious students. I'm a relaxed and easygoing individual, who prefers a gin tonic with good company on a Friday arvo over partying the night away. I dislike the smell of smoke, but love animals and a clean kitchen. I can provide current police and working with children's checks, as well as character references. If you think I'd suit your situation, feel free to give me a call!
I work full-time as a university lecturer at FedUni. Currently building a house and due to landlord family moving into current rental at end of January, I am looking for a room for a 6-8 week period. I am easy-going, self-sufficient, clean and tidy. I am often out and about in the evenings and weekends as we are involved with many community groups. I have one child (10yrs) who is used to living with ohers and is all good to share room with myself. I also have 1 small quiet Kings Charles Cavalier dog (7yrs). Please call me if we would fit with your household for this short period
Hey. I'm looking for a short term accommodation in Bellarat. I am very easy going, social and tidy person. Moving to Bellarat for my grain harvest job, so I will be working for most of the time anyway. I am looking to move in tomorrow (11th December). If you have any further questions don't hesitate to contact me. Cheers ;)
Hi, I'm Sofie! I'm looking for a room or house to rent where I can have my beautiful doggo Maisie. She would need a pet friendly home with an enclosed backyard and she does pretty well living with other dogs. I am a friendly, quiet and respectful person, who is also up for socialising, music jams and dinner parties, but tend to go with the flow of others in the house. I don't drink or smoke. I am currently casually employed at a plant nursery, but am looking to get another part time job and would probably looking to move in around Feb/Mar. I am looking for reasonably cheap rent, ideally under $100, but in exchange I would happily do chores, gardening, cooking, or any minor renovations or handiwork around the house. Thank you!
Easy going, clean, reliable, friendly. Love animals, have worked as a vet nurse most of my life but am making the transition into human nursing, so I can save your life (just as a side bonus 😜) Any questions feel free to ask Rach
