Hi, I’m Chad a friendly, creative, and down-to-earth guy relocating to Ballarat. I’m an artist and social worker by trade, with a background as a chef, so I’m comfortable in both creative and practical spaces. I’m respectful, clean, and easy to live with, and I genuinely value a calm, positive home environment.

I enjoy cooking (happy to share a meal), painting, being outdoors, and exploring local cafés and nature spots. I’m social but also very comfortable doing my own thing, and I respect people’s space and routines. I’m reliable with rent and bills, communicate openly, and treat a home like a home , not a party house.
