51 yo, recently moved to Ballarat. I work Full time (business hours) in Ballarat. Work in the health profession. I don't smoke, enjoy a wine whilst I'm cooking. Busy lifestyle so if you prefer a house mate that is around daily for a social, I wouldn't be the right tenant for you. I'm not antisocial, just busy with work, study and my hobbies. In saying that, I enjoy cooking, so the kitchen seems to be the social part of my evening.

I've been in share housing often throughout my world travels, and understand the importance of people's privacy and space. It's important we all feel safe and comfortable where we live.

My previous landlords have been very happy with my respectful approach to their home and the healthy boundaries I live by for others in the home. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly
