Hey everyone,

I'm currently looking for a place around the Sunshine Coast. A little about me—I work FIFO on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster, so I'm away for half of every month. When I'm home, I'm usually busy with work, university, the gym, catching up with mates, or getting outdoors, so I'm a pretty quiet and low-impact housemate.

I'm studying Paramedicine and have lived in share houses since I was 18, so I understand the importance of respecting other people's space, keeping common areas clean, and contributing to a relaxed, easy-going home environment.

I'm easy to get along with and always happy to have a chat, share a meal, or catch up over a drink, but I also value my own space and privacy. I'm responsible, tidy, financially stable, and definitely not the house-party type. I only drink occasionally and take pride in looking after where I live.

I was raised in a Christian household with strong values and good manners, and I attend church when I'm home. Outside of work and study, I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to the gym, and keeping active. I'm also hoping to buy a dirt bike in the future, so having a small amount of space to store it would be a bonus. It isn't very large, and it would always be kept tidy and out of the way.

Because of my FIFO roster, you'll often have the place to yourself for two weeks at a time, making me an easy and considerate person to live with.
