Hi, I’m a Cairns local currently looking for a room to rent in the northern beach suburbs.

I’m ideally looking for a calm, respectful home environment. My preference is for my own bathroom or sharing with one other female.

I work for myself and manage my own business, so I keep a structured routine and spend time working from home. I’m also looking to pick up some casual work locally once I’m settled.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s space, and I take pride in where I live. I will treat your home as if it were my own.

I live a fairly private lifestyle and don’t tend to have visitors, so I’m best suited to a home that values a peaceful and easygoing atmosphere. I’m friendly and down to earth, always up for a chat, but also very respectful of personal space and boundaries.

I’m into health and fitness – running, beach walks, gym and being outdoors. I enjoy cooking, juicing and a quiet drink at home, as well as the occasional night out.

I’m also an animal lover (especially dogs), and would happily help out with pets if needed.

For peace of mind, I also have a current police check.

Looking for a straightforward, respectful rental arrangement only.
