Hello there! This is Chun, currently have a graduate visa.

Reasons I am looking for a New Place:

My current job is in Gold Coast, I spend 6hours a day to travel between there and North Lakes.

What you will expect when renting your place to me:

I am a Quiet person, won’t play music in high volume. Most of the time I put earphones.
I spend nearly all the time staying in my room after work.

I do Not have pet, and will Not have any pet in your place.
(I love cats, I believe dogs are the best loyal friends to human, just I can't handle some too extrovert dogs, if they don't usually spark, that's okay)

I do Not smoke, No marijuana, rarely alcohol.

I don’t have any religion.

I spend most time inside my room when day off. I go to Brisbane one to two times a week for some lessons.

I have a hatchback, I park it outdoor.

I cook, but I think I won't cook any strong smell foods like curry. If you still find my cooking smell is too strong, it's happy to discuss, I will alter what I cook.

Room inspection: per quarter, per month, biweekly are all welcomed, but please express your expectation before we sign the contract, and give me prior notice before inspection.

Very important, I will switch on air conditioner in summer when I feel hot.

No extra and extra housemate suddenly

You are the owner of the property, and you have the right to lease the property.
Both me and the future Lessor are honest to each other before and after signing contract, and frankly to discuss.
