looking for either a studio to call my own or a home to share with one or two tidy, quiet, kind and respectful housemates (hopefully with a pool🤞🏻). need to move by end of may. really value my privacy, just want a safe space where i can do my own thing peacefully. prefer my own company due to trauma and burnout but open to a friendly home vibe if we vibe, ya dig? 🤪 i’ve lived in aussie shared accommodation since 2018 being an international student, and always respect boundaries. currently working part time as i complete my studies. searching for a place that’s a decent distance from the marina where i work.

☀️ easygoing, introvert, independent, not a party person, but enjoy a laugh and good energy
🐾 love animals and happy to help with pets from time to time
🍃 prescription for medical cannabis (prefer a private balcony/patio to be discreet but, always outside keep shared areas fresh + clean regardless)

🛏️ space for queen/king bed + ample storage
⏳ 6+ months stay (longer the better)
