🐾 love animals and happy to help with pets from time to time
🍃 prescription for medical cannabis (prefer a private balcony/patio to be discreet but, always outside and keep shared areas fresh + clean regardless)

looking for a studio/unit to call my own or a home to share with one or two tidy, quiet, kind and respectful housemates (hopefully with a pool🌊). i value my privacy, just want a safe, peaceful space to do my own thing & build stability. prefer my own company as i have lived a life for my age but, open to a friendly home vibe ✨ i’ve lived in aussie shared accommodation since 2018 and always respect boundaries. currently working part time to full time hours and studying, searching for a place that’s a close distance from the marina where i work and hope to build a career.
