I am a quiet-ish, love to cook and garden, interested in healthy living with a relaxed spiritual outlook. I am active in Community Permaculture and volunteer full time hours. I hope to live with clean (but not obsessive), respectful non-smokers. Happy to care for animals.

I have long term experience at both renting and sharing. For the past seven years have been renting from a family member who had no choice but to sell. I have recently moved into a lovely household but the house is now on the market.

I'm looking at $150 to $250 depnding on the property.
