Why I’m a strong applicant

I am financially responsible and always pay rent on time.

To strengthen my application, I am happy to pay 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance.

I value privacy, keep to myself, and treat any property I live in with care.

I am a qualified cook with 10 years of experience, so I take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept kitchen.

I’m a father of 2 I have a girl and boy one is a 2 year old and the other is 9months old they will be staying with me occasionally

I have one dog (Beagle cross Pomeranian) named Zayla — she is toilet trained, friendly with people and other animals.

I also have a bird named Precious she is an alexandrine 
If I can’t have my pets there I can try rearrange for somewhere for them to stay

Preferred areasMawson Lakes, Elizabeth, Gawler, Modbury, Salisbury, Para Hills, and surrounding suburbs.
