Hello my name is Thomas, and I am a 22 year old male looking to rent a room/granny flat or similar. I dont own any pets, I generally like to keep to myself and I am a relatively clean person keeping my individual and also shared spaces tidy as much as possible. I promise to always pay rent/bills on time and in full and am not shy to help out with any chores, errands or household duties. I have lived in several sharehouses previously and also with friends so I am pretty familiar with how it goes sharing a space with somebody and whats expected of me as a housemate etc. I really don't get up to much other than working, resting and doing what I have do, go to bed pretty early etc. This time around I think would prefer to live with the more quiet and reserved type of person/people versus my current housemate. Although I dont own any myself, I'm also a big fan of pets! I look forward to hearing from you.
