Hello and thanks for reading this far, My name's Manuel, and I hail from Melbourne. I'm employed as a route service, coach, charter and school bus driver for Dysons Group Melbourne, where a couple of lucky chauffeurs have just been handed the rare opportunity to move up to beautiful Wodonga's Bus Depot. After forty-four years in Melbourne, I couldn't pass this one up, hence why I'm looking for accommodation, at short notice. I've always been wary of those with excellent opinions of themselves, so I'll be avoiding such soaring descriptions of myself here. I simply need a roof, whilst I work and save some Australian Rupees for my own little roof, hopefully up Albury/Wodonga direction, someday. I'll be pulling my weight with the lawn mower and general maintenance too, naturally, though a gentle reminder may be all that's required to nudge me into action once in a while. I'm flexible on the monthly rental, but clearly the cheapest price will have the greatest draw for me, so I've kept my starting point way low. As a bachelor with nil aspirations to the contrary, I tend to keep to myself and play with my toys. I don't 'socialise' much - my entire workday's social enough. I don't bring work nor people home, but puppies are another thing all together. I am partial to a rural property that boasts a powered shed or garage where one may play with one's toys, which generally consist of radio-controlled gliders, drones and model cars. I have no model buses nor coaches. For the younger players; Thank you but no, I'm looking for a quieter place to call home. That also goes for drinkers, smokers, people with tattoos or motorbikes - just a thing or two which I'm extremely not fashionably into. I have nothing whatsoever to do with television sets, so the couch remains all yours, just as you last left it. My employer's being mighty flexible as to my starting-date, but it's looking a lot like Christmas, folks. "What an ideal time to move house and settle in to a new job," I hear you say. Couldn't agree more. So if that spare room and garage space needs to earn it's keep from this December onward, and you're looking for someone long-term and somewhat reliable, I'm keen to hear from you. Obviously, as a Professional Driver I come with Driver's Accreditation, Working With Children's Check and Police clearance in two states. Thanks again for reading this short novel, looking forward to hearing from you soon, Kindest regards, Manni P.S. As I intend to keep driving for Dysons Melbourne (Bundoora and Reservoir depots) right up to the last day before I move up north, I may not get to your call or return your texts instantly, as bus driving and smartphones don't mix - it's a legality thing, not a personal one, so please don't be offended. Thanks for understanding. All the best.

My name is Alex, I am 25 and would not ever be seen dead at a gym. I do like wine, eating out, watching 10 seasons of house in one sitting and a good afternoon nap. I have a puppy (he's actually 3 but all dog are puppies to me) who's name is Rex and who I love more than life itself - once you get past the fact that he looks like I once pulled him out of the gutter, I am sure you will love him too. I am moving to Wodonga for a tree change from Ballarat. I work in hospitality which I absolutely love and couldn't see myself doing anything else. I am very easy to live with, I am clean and tidy. I love being social but do also like time on my own (hence the love of an afternoon nap).

Hello Pixals! I'd like to team up with a few others to create a stable pet friendly house that is safe [no drugs, smoking, drama] and has TRUSTWORTHY people living in it. Must be working and able to pay your share of bills. I have a 2 year old cat [desexed male] and am wanting to get a puppy next year [hopefully]. I'm also hoping to make life long friends. I love animals and nature, music, reading, tech, art, etc. I'm basically interested in everything [I love learning]. I have a huge sense of humor and witty bantering is my life.
easy to get along with unless you like country music. I am a good cook, clean, tidy and considerate. I will probably travel home every second weekend and I have a very well trained German Short haired pointer
