Rent paid on time, a neat, tidy and hassle-free flatmate/tenant, track record of full bond refunds. I enjoy the game called life. And I'm a non-smoker, don't drink, and don't do drugs.

An easy-going fellow. Sense of humour. I like a mix of my own space, and sociable too (as are we all, me thinks -- when one gets down to it).

Now, I know this is a long essay, so hopefully this doesn't bore you too much (but fear not, I can always bore you later if you like, lol).

A nice somewhere to live for about 3 months, I'm looking to get a homebase happening, Sydney (Ryde, or southeast coastal suburbs for example), or Albury area, January, 2026. A granny flat or similar, or a suitable share rental. With some storage space a bonus. Living out of a suitcase at the moment, couch-surfing/sleeping rough, so the sooner I find somewhere, the better.

Later in 2026, I plan to relocate to England. But for the time being I'd like to be more organised, settled and productive here in Oz.

Retired from teaching, career changing to professional activity in multiple fields: e.g. photographer (which will be my formal, initial concentration -- real estate photography); poet; mathematician; writer; and researcher. Have had 27 poems published, and counting. Making good, general progress....

I'm an outdoors person, active, many interests. And believe in the human soul.
