Rent paid on time, a neat, tidy and hassle-free flatmate/tenant, track record of full bond refunds. I enjoy the game called life. And I'm a non-smoker, don't drink, and don't do drugs.
An easy-going fellow. Sense of humour. I like a mix of my own space, and sociable too (as are we all, me thinks -- when one gets down to it).
Now, I know this is a long essay, so hopefully this doesn't bore you too much (but fear not, I can always bore you later, lol).
Looking for a nice somewhere to live for 4-6 months: I'm temporarily in Albury, NSW at the moment, looking to move back to hometown Adelaide. Perhaps SW or W coastal suburbs, such as Glenelg North or West Beach. Wherever it turns out to be, hope to be established in a homebase in December. Ideally a granny flat or similar, but a share rental would be good too (preferably with some storage space). Living out of a suitcase at the moment, so the sooner I find somewhere, the better.
Longer term, in 2026, I plan to relocate to England. But for the time being I'd like to be more organised, settled and productive here in Oz. And have a home base to launch from for an occasional few-day trip. For example up to Coober Pedy (plan to do a video and street poetry documentary on Coober Pedy -- the opal capital of the world. An interesting place.)
Currently career changing from teaching to professional activity in multiple fields: e.g. photographer, poet, mathematician, writer and researcher. Have had 26 poems published, and counting. Yes, definitely making progress....
I'm an outdoors person, active, many interests. And believe in the human soul.
I hope to find a bright new homebase soon.
Best regards, Craig T
