Hello! I'd like to find somewhere comfortable to live for a 2 months (enough time to get my new British passport happening) in Adelaide.
I'm share renting in Adelaide at the moment and have work (relief teaching) here. Looking to move to NW, Western or SW suburbs or central, into a clean, quiet and comfortable home (non-smoking household ideally). I have an excellent track record as a renter (full bond refunds e.g.). And I'm an easygoing, understanding fellow.
I'm generally happy. A good conversationalist. And I appreciate (and have) a sense of humour.
As a housemate I like a balance of my own space, and shared, easy to get along with (am considerate and quiet e.g.). Tidy, contributive to chores, don't smoke.
Looking for a suitable homebase while I continue relief teaching and prepare to move to England. A granny flat or similar, or a share rental. Preferably somewhere coastal or nearby, but am flexible. Also, a small amount of storage space would be a bonus.
Apart from relief teaching, I'm also career changing to a few other fields professionally. Photography e.g. Mathematics, writing, street poetry (29 times published). And have a few research projects are underway....
Alright, that's all for now. Hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards, Craig T
