Hello! I'd like to find somewhere comfortable and spacious to base myself at for 3-4 months in Adelaide.

I have an excellent track record as a renter (full bond refunds e.g.). And I'm an easygoing, understanding fellow.

I'm generally reasonably happy. And a good conversationalist.

As a housemate I like a balance of my own space, and shared, easy to get along with (am considerate and quiet e.g.). Tidy, contributive to chores, don't smoke.

Looking for a suitable homebase while I continue relief teaching and prepare to move to England. A granny flat or similar, or a share rental. Also, a small amount of storage space would be a bonus.

Apart from relief teaching, I'm also career changing to a few other fields professionally. Photography e.g. Mathematics, writing, street poetry (31 times published, and counting). And I have a few research projects underway....
