Rent paid on time, a neat, tidy and hassle-free flatmate/tenant, track record of full bond refunds. I enjoy the game called life. And I'm a non-smoker, don't drink.

An easy-going fellow. Sense of humour. I like a mix of my own space, and sociable too (as are we all, me thinks -- when one gets down to it).

Now, I know this is a long essay, so hopefully this doesn't bore you too much (but fear not, I can always bore you later if you like, lol).

I'm looking for a nice somewhere to live for about 4 months, I'm looking to get a homebase happening in Adelaide, as soon as possible really (sometime in May). A granny flat or similar, or a share rental. With some storage space a bonus but not essential (my possessions can continue in storage). Living out of a suitcase at the moment so the sooner I find somewhere, the happier I'll be.

Later in 2026 (September), I plan to relocate to England. But for the time being I'd like to be more organised, settled and productive here in Oz.....

Am a casual relief teacher, with work now rolling. And career changing to a few other fields, photography e.g. Also, am a poet, 29 times published so far. A mathematician, writer, and researcher....

Am an outdoorsy person, active. And have many interests.
