Hi, my name is Shania & I’m posting on behalf of my friend Malachi (27), who is relocating to NSW around 13 January and looking for a long-term room (12 months+).
Malachi is quiet, respectful, clean and tidy. He doesn’t smoke or drink, is easygoing, and values a calm, respectful household. He keeps to himself but is friendly and considerate in shared spaces.
He is currently on JobSeeker while relocating and will be actively seeking employment once he’s settled. Rent will always be paid on time and he’s financially reliable.
