We’re a small family looking for a private rental (house, unit, or granny flat) in the Maitland/Cessnock area.
About us:
👩‍👧‍👦 Mum with two young children (ages 3 and 1)
👨 Partner will be living with us once settled
🏠 Quiet, respectful family, non-partiers
💳 Stable Centrelink income (Parenting Payment & Family Tax Benefit)
📑 Rent always paid on time, happy to provide references and proof of income
