My partner and I are both very easy going, mature, friendly and respectable people. We are both working and are hoping to find a place as soon as possible 😊
Quiet, laid back, keep to myself mostly, but friendly and social when around others. Work full time as Disabilty Support Worker. Clean and tidy, always keep communal areas clean for others. Non smoker. Have a small well behaved female english staffy and a bird. Both live outside and are no trouble.
Am currently working as a tradesperson in orange nsw, looking to move to the area preferreblay before Xmas to be closer to my two young children, one which will be starting school. I have found work which will be starting roughly around the 10th of dec. I am very easy going, not much phases me apart from a having a clean house and tidy lawns. I do like to have a few beers on a free weekend or couple after work. Happy to cook you up a mad feed if you return the favour.
I'm very easy going, and easy to get along with. I love music and spending time outdoors. As a room mate i'm super tidy and really quiet...I'm also quite handy if anything ever needs doing around the house.

Hi!, I’m easygoing but clean, tidy and responsible. I’m originally from Ireland and have been here for 10 years now. I work in East Maitland and am studying to be a dietitian at UON. I have a dog called Dougal who is very entertaining! During the day I work and study and we usually like to go walking in the evenings. I also sometimes like Yoga and capoeira for fun.
I'm a professionally employed male, I'm open minded and easy going, don't mind to socialize but not a party animal, I also like my own time, I'm respectful and clean and don't mind doing my share of house work, can cook clean and iron... I play sport and train in the gym most days so I live a healthy lifestyle and am a non smoker. looking for a place I can call home till I can afford my own again.
I am easy going, fairly quiet and keep to myself when not working. On the 2 days/nights when I don’t work I am generally at Newcastle with my mates. I am not a party person, don’t smoke or do drugs and I don’t drink a lot.
Both my girlfriend and I are extremely easy going and easy to get along with. We both much rather a quiet night in with friends or watching Netflix than partying. Always more than happy to do the fair share of chores, cleaning, etc. No pets owned as of right now but would love to get a cat sometime down the line, lease permitting.
We’re a friendly, quiet couple from Sydney who are moving to the Hunter region for work (and life!), in January 2019. I work for a children’s charity based in Newcastle, and will have some flexibility to work from home. I love to cook and bake and make things - this year I’ve taken up pottery and I’m looking forward to finding a studio in Newcastle. My partner Phil is finishing his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in mid December, and has secured a graduate role in Singleton. He may have some additional after-hours work which may mean coming and going at late/early hours. Phil is a movie-buff and likes video games. He’s hoping to take surfing lessons next year, when the pressure of Uni is off. We have two awesome dogs: Lily, an 8 year old Beagle cross and Winnie, a 5 month old Border Collie. The dogs go for a walk each day, and they would usually stay outside while we’re at work, but enjoy coming inside to hang out when we’re home. On the weekend, you would usually find us catching up with friends, playing board games, lounging around watching a movie, enjoying a trip to the beach or going exploring with the dogs. We’re not big party animals but instead enjoy having friends/family around for food. We would also expect to be back in Sydney regularly for weekends visiting family and friends, and would take the dogs with us. Ideally, we would like to find somewhere before Christmas for 3-4 months, so that we have time to get to know the area while we look for rental properties. We would really appreciate if our flatmates-to-be were willing to provide a pet and property reference once you get to know us, for future rental applications.
I have a permanent part time job with NSW Health, working 2 to 4 days per week. I also operate a part time home business doing Reiki Healing. I have a very tiny dog and a cat who spends most of her time in the garden. I'm looking for something with a long term lease that self contained with at least 1, preferably 2 bedrooms and a small outside yard or courtyard. My current rental is on the market but no buyers yet, so looking to move from late November or maybe early 2019. I'd be interested to hear from you if you have a property you think would fit my situation.
I’m a Civil Engineer moving to Newcastle for work, Im a quite, easy going and open minded person, and I’m a non smoker
Hello! Our names are Tim and Emily, we are both currently studying to become teachers whilst working part time. We both enjoy anything outdoors such as walks/adventures as well as a drink or two and some days out. Rainy days aren’t the worst with board games, Netflix being there as well as just relaxing around the house most likely doing uni work when needed. We are looking for a couple or individuals to move in with or find a place with to obviously help make it a bit cheaper on everyone. We are neat and tidy and more than happy to have a share of the house work as well respecting others privacy as we do appreciate ours. If you are keen to talk about things or are interested in our ad then please feel free to message me.
I am a non smoker and only drink socially. I mostly keep to myself but will also chat around the kitchen bench while preparing meals. I am very security conscious which is just habit from owning my own security company for 30 years. I am also a volunteer with Neighbourhood Watch locally, regionally and state wide. I have an unusual sense of humour and like a good joke but also respect other peoples need for time to themselves and value my me time as well. I have 4 adult children and 2 grand children but I visit them because of my retirement they won't be coming to stay with me in share accommodation. While I am officially retired I do still do casual work as well.
Hi guys, My girlfriend and I are currently looking for somewhere to live for the next year or so. My name is Tom and I am currently a full time uni student about to enter my third year and work two jobs on the side. My girlfriend Alex is a recent school leaver and is currently searching for work and will hopefully be working full time soon. We are both laid back, clean and tidy people and generally do our own thing, but love the company of others and are always happy to hang out and catch up with our housemates. We are both easy to get along with and can't wait to meet our future housemates.
I am 19 years old and I am studying towards my degree in Hotel Management. Throughout my course, I get to travel and complete work placements in different Hotels. I am very outgoing and love to explore every new place I visit and live and would like to hear about all your knowledge of the local area. I am tidy and like to have conversations but also have my own space whilst respecting yours.
I'm from Brisbane and coming to work fulltime in Newcastle. I've been living with roommates for the past 5 years. I try to live in peace with others. If you want to have chats at any time I'm happy to! But I can very easily stick to myself as well. I also have a cat and a small dog.
I'm moving up to the Newcastle area to further focus on my studies as I am originally from the Central Coast. I enjoy tinkering with electronics projects and going to fun places with mates. I work part time at the Caltex in Maryland and can't wait to move to Newcastle and make some new friends.
I am down to earth, friendly and approachable. I run my own business. I am a clairvoyant medium and also have my own skin care line. I am all about living your best life. I embrace positive mindset! I am looking to team up with someone. I am wanting to set up a 3 bedroom house. Looking for a housemate who would like to rent out a bedroom and be able to furnish your own room. I will be using the 3rd bedroom as an office space and have clients coming to the home throughout the day, but this would not disrupt you if you are home. I'm looking for someone who is easy going, loves to have a chat and dinner from time to time but also respectful of having their own space. I am very clean, tidy and not a party goer. I am not looking for a party animal, sorry! I am looking for someone who is also clean and respectful. In saying that I am fun, love to have a laugh and netflix binge. I love going to the gym and getting outdoors too, so I am in no way a home body. I also travel to Sydney a lot for work and appointments. I am open to areas in Newcastle. I would like to rent somewhere that is relatively new-ish and not run down. Hence why I am looking around the Maryland/Fletcher area as it seems you get more bang for your buck! But I am open to wherever really :)
Hi there! My names Warren Jiang and I'm from Woy Woy, The Central Coast. I am a full time uni student at the University of Newcastle studying Physiotherapy. As the nature of my 2019 timetable is much more demanding, I'm in need of a place to stay. I play basketball, a bit of tennis (although I wish I was better!) and piano. I listen to a lot of music, love my television and movies and enjoy playing video games. I'd like to think of myself as a neat/tidy person and am more than willing to help out around the property. I'm pretty easy going and low maintenance. Thank you for your interest
Hi there, I am looking to move to Newcastle in the new year and will be needing a place to live, preferably more than just a house but a home. I am able to transfer with my current job so I will be working almost immediately of moving to Newy. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education - The Early Years at the University of Wollongong, however I will be switching to the University of Newcastle to study nursing. I'd be looking to move in the first couple weeks of January. Would be a bonus is the room is partly furnished i.e. a queen sized bed but not fussed. I love the beach and catching up with friends mainly. I don't party a lot but am out of the house quite a bit. I'm a chilled, clean person and easy to get along with. I don't have any fur babies but would be a bonus if my future housemates did. I'm not picky on which suburb of Newcastle I live in as long as it's a nice neighbourhood...
