I am looking for a granny flat or studio/one bedroom unit with a secure yard. Furnished or unfurnished is not an issue.

I do come with a small (very cute) dog who is an inside dog, house trained, non-shedding, who is 5 yrs old. That is why I am looking for a place with a secure yard.

I am retired but looking for part time work for a couple of days during the week.

Areas of interest is Lake Macquarie or Newcastle.

Would also be interested if you have a holiday home that you would like looked after and when you require it, I can take off in my campervan.
