I am attending Adelaide University and would love to find a place in Adelaide CBD or Northern surburbs (will need to travel between the city and Mawson Lakes campuses). My expected rent date will be from 18/02/2026 (can be sooner or later a few days), and this is a 6 months lease. I am happy to extend the lease, but would love to have a shorter contract first to see if we get along well.

I have a good rental history. I am friendly, clean and easy to talk to, and I respect your privacy. I am 51% extrovert and 49% introvert, so I love chatting always, but if you don't want to, I completely understand. Would love to expand my circle of friends also!
