Hi! I’m a 47-year-old single female currently settling into life in Ballarat. I’ve recently moved here to hit the "reset" button and am currently studying for a career change into Community Services, specifically focusing on Domestic Violence and Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD) support.
I am a calm, respectful person who values a peaceful home environment. I’m quite independent and respect everyone’s need for privacy, but I’m always happy for a friendly chat over a tea or coffee in the garden.
Lifestyle & Pets:
I love being outdoors and getting my hands in the dirt, so if there’s a garden that needs some love, I’m your person! I also enjoy cooking, listening to music, and being close to nature.
As you can see from my profile photo, I am a massive animal lover! While I don’t have any pets of my own right now, I’d be thrilled to live in a house that already has furry friends. I am hoping to adopt a cat of my own once I'm settled, so I'm looking for a pet-friendly space.

I’m looking for housemates who value a balance of connection and independence. I believe in mutual respect for property and privacy. I’m not a perfectionist, but I do take pride in a clean and tidy home.
When it comes to food, I prefer to be independent. I’m not looking to be responsible for cooking meals for others, but I'm happy to chip in for communal basics like milk or dish soap. I find a "cook for yourself" arrangement works best for everyone’s freedom!
The Logistics:
I am looking for a stable, 6-month-plus lease with bills included. While I’m currently a full-time student, I am financially stable and happy to provide references or proof of my ability to cover rent and bills reliably.
