Amyiah

Hi, my name is Amyiah. I’m 23 years old and I’m interested in the room and looking for a place to stay. I work as a nail technician and have a stable income, and I always make sure my rent is paid on time.

I’m a clean, respectful, and responsible tenant who takes good care of the space I live in. I’m fairly quiet and mostly keep to myself. I do have a well-behaved cat who is part of my little family, so I’m hoping to find a place that is pet-friendly.

I’m also hoping for a place where it’s okay to occasionally have a friend visit, and I’m always respectful of house rules and other people’s space.
