Hey future roomy,

Currently seeking a place to call home in either East Maitland or it's surrounding suburbs. I am open to exploring various locations I just need to be near public transport as I don't drive

I'm in my early 40s and outside of work I enjoy all things creative. My Cricut is my most prized possession. You'll also find me pottering in the garden if the weather is right and if it's raining you're most likely find me in the kitchen as I love baking

I share my space with an adult cat 100% toilet trained. There's no need to worry about any smells as I'm more than happy to have his litter tray in my room. I'm also happy to keep him to the confines of my room if you would prefer.
