I’m Mads, hoping to find either a flat/studio/granny flat to rent for myself or find someone/a couple people to team up with and find a place together!
I work full time in Modbury working in retail and spend some time at my partners place on my days off! I study online part time as well so just looking for a chill place to call home!
I do come with a very sweet 6 year old cat who unfortunately had a few of her front claws declawed in a previous home and is rather shy but doesn’t scratch any furniture or flooring as a bonus! We have heaps of great references for us and can provide professional/rental references also. Will consider a room in the perfect share house!
I’ve lived in my own rentals for a few years and would like to move on from my current granny flat and have my own bathroom/kitchen.
Happy to pay $350-400 per week either for a flat or as my share in a team up situation (would like my own bathroom!).
I’m a non smoker, quiet, reliable and super friendly but also respectful of everyone’s spaces.
Would be great to make friends with anyone I live with if we team up!
Looking in the Modbury, Tea Tree Gully, Paradise, or Eastern CBD area to remain close to work!
