Hey everyone!

My name is Rachel, I’m 23 and I’m looking for a room to rent from March 2026 onward. I’m currently house sitting until the end of February, so I’m now looking for something more long-term and stable.

I’m hoping to find a place within 30 minutes of the Maroochydore/Mooloolaba area, with a budget of $250-$270 per week (bills included). I’d ideally love to live with females, but I’m open to any household where everyone feels comfortable and it’s a good fit.

A little about me - I’m friendly, easygoing and respectful. I enjoy a chat and socialising, but I also really value downtime and personal space. I’m clean, tidy and very considerate in shared spaces. I’m always happy to do my share around the house and keep things calm and harmonious. My interests include photography, animals and wildlife conservation.

I also have a beautiful indoor cat, Toby, who is fully desexed, vaccinated and toilet trained. He is very quiet, well behaved and spends most of his time relaxing indoors. I’m a very responsible pet owner and always ensure the home stays clean and well maintained. Toby and I are a package deal, so I’m looking for a cat-friendly home.

I’ve previously been on 2 rental leases and have always been reliable with rent.
