I am extremely neat and tidy and I'm looking to live in a place without interference or hassle. I have appliances at the moment and generally keep to myself, so I'd be very interested in a teamup. I can supply beds, washer, fridge, sofas, and a chest freezer, as well as vacuums and a steam mop.

I'd love a split house or ensuite bathroom, by preference, and something with kitchen enough to cook in. I am a work-from-home entrepreneur who runs online roleplaying games in the crepuscular hours between 6 and 12 on both ends of the clock. I am a veteran GM and I am happy to discuss running campaigns for part of my rent. Otherwise I'm basically a cryptid.

Willing to teamup and move to places like Mandurah, Ravenswood, Dawesville, and even as far up as back to Perth! Need a nice, affordable home to live in, and clearly I can't do this by myself. This is where we are now, this is our world, we can't afford to live alone.
