My name is Jolanda, I’m a single mother of two young children and an entrepreneur. I run my own online school where I teach High Frequency Human Design, a system that guides people back to their true energetic nature and supports them in reconnecting with their unique path and purpose in this life.

Through my work, I support people in becoming a clear channel for their own light on Earth, starting from their individuality and authenticity. I help the new humanity anchor into the paradigm shift we are currently experiencing, bringing this awareness into real, grounded life.

I have been renting in the Sunshine beach since 2019 and have excellent references from my previous landlords. I am responsible, respectful, and I truly care for the spaces I live in, keeping them clean, harmonious, and well looked after.

I live a healthy and conscious lifestyle. I love organic living, nourishing food, and practices like hot yoga. I see my home as a sacred space, a temple, and I take care of it with presence, cleanliness, and deep respect.

I am currently looking for a small home in Sunshine Beach, ideally one or two bedrooms. My budget ranges between $500 and $ 900per week depending on the size and the space.

Sunshine Beach has truly stolen my heart and feels like home in the deepest way. I love the simple rhythm of life here, the sunrises, time in nature, mornings at Sunshine Social, and afternoons with my children at Ferris Park or walking through the Noosa National Park.

At my core, I value kindness, empathy, and connection. I bring a calm, grounded, and nurturing energy into the spaces I inhabit, and creating a peaceful and safe home for my children is one of my deepest priorities.

I truly feel that the perfect home is already aligning for us, and I would be deeply grateful to find a space where we can continue to grow, live, and feel at home in this magical land.
