I'm a single doctor moving up to Townsville from Sunshine Coast. I like to go to the gym regularly, but would also love to explore the natural beauty and hikes around the place at the weekend.

I'm looking for a place with parking, located near North Ward ideally and will be commuting to Townsville Uni Hospital.

I'm quite relaxed about most things, non-smoker, and will probably need to do some studying occasionally at home so not looking for a very loud or chaotic place. Ideally no pets due to mild allergies, thanks!

Open to starting the contract before my move in date for the right place.
