Due to our current rental being put on the market for sale, my adult daughter and I are looking for a new property to rent longterm. We have thoroughly enjoyed living where we are and our landlords as well and hope to find a similar beneficial arrangement moving forward.

Our needs are as follows:

At least 2bdrms, in a quiet location, mould free, good internet, heating and natural light. Well insulated and with good storage would be a plus. Also within walking distance to public transport if possible but not a deal breaker.

No house sharing thank you.

Interested in these areas: Ballarat central, Ballarat East, Redan, Black Hill, Canadian, Ballarat North, Black Hill, Nerrina and parts of Mount Pleasant and Golden Point.

We love spending time in nature, going on day trips, crocheting, good movies, music and good company. We are both clean living, non smokers, non drinkers. Excellent tenant and landlord history with references. Can pay up to $460p/wk.
