My 24yr old daughter and I are looking for a longterm rental property. Would also consider a month to month furnished short term arrangement, while we look for something more permanent.

Our needs are as follows:

At least 2bdrms, in a quiet location, mould free, good internet, heating and natural light. Well insulated and with good storage would be a plus. Also within walking distance to public transport if possible but not a deal breaker.

Would consider 1bdrm place or large studio/bungalow for short term arrangement.

No house sharing thank you.

Interested in these areas: Ballarat central, Ballarat East, Redan, Black Hill, Canadian, parts of Mount Pleasant, Nerrina and Creswick.

We love spending time in nature, going on day trips, crocheting, good movies and music. Clean living, non smokers, non drinkers. Excellent tenant and landlord history with references. Can pay up to $450p/wk.
