Rachael Wei-Ting

Hi,

My name is Rachael, and I am a 40-year-old Taiwanese resident and international student. I work as a part-time animal attendant at the beau’s pet hotel and also a volunteer at RSPCA SA. I am currently a second-year student at The University of Adelaide, pursuing a Bachelor of Veterinary science at the Roseworthy campus. This is a six year degree.

I am looking for a friendly and quiet rental room with private bathroom that is conducive to studying. I can assure you that I am a quiet and tidy individual who respects others' privacy and does not host parties.

I previously lived in Brisbane for eight months last year and in Adelaide for 1 year now, and I can confidently say that I am a responsible tenant. I took excellent care of the rental property and always paid rent on time. My former landlord and my current housemate would be happy to vouch for me, and I can provide their contact information as references if needed.
